Clean and modern hotel. Great service.

Santa Fe is an upscale area of Mexico City. This hotel is walking distance from a huge mall which was nice as the weather was colder than expected and we had to shop for more clothes! There's a Starbucks across the street. Otherwise every day there was a beautiful breakfast buffet available the hotel. We got around using Uber and it was perfect.

Not the true Mexico hotel experience?

First time ever, using a hotels.com reservation, that I was charged the full cost of the stay at check-in. They had my credit card to do this and then neglected to make a copy for incidentals so I was forced to pay cash for a late night dinner and breakfast from room service. Went to breakfast another day, no one acknowledged me when I came in so I found a table...no one came to the table to offer coffee, water, etc. Upon leaving, a waitress, who had been standing no more than 15 feet away from me throughout my meal doing some sort of work, asked me what my room number was as I was leaving. I travel to Mexico frequently and this is, without a doubt, the most inhospitable hotel that I have ever stayed at in this country! Stayed here two months and experience was totally different but which experience was the real one?

the A/C is not suitable

This hotel is located k. Santa de Mexico DF, where at night is cold but in the morning it was sunny and the sun was am directly at the big windows and turn the room very hot!!! Very uncontrollable we turn the ac down but it was not suitable to maintain the room cold we were up at 7 am because it was impossible to sleep and when you are in you vacation you want to sleep late!!! I told the staff and they didn't do anything they said that they will see just wait and we call you but never did I talk to them again and they just didn't care. Sorry but it was like they didn't care about my business so I will not recommend this hotel at all!!!

Great Business Hotel in Santa Fe

Pros: Room was very simply appointed but was spacious and everything was very comfortably functional. This made it equally easy to relax or work as needed.
Cons: Fewer capsules of decaf for the Nespresso machine.
Location: Lots of good restaurants and a huge shopping center nearby make this a very convenient location to stay while working on the road.
I stayed at the NH Collections while on assignment at the local office of a client and found it to be clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient to the Santa Fe business district.

The hotel is in the Santa Fe area right next door to a large mall and lots of upscale dining options. You could self-park at the hotel or valet, either way it is not included in the price. Our room (two queen size beds) was very spacious and they have a Nespresso machine in each room with a variety of teas. Beds are also really comfortable. We traveled with out 5-year old and took him to KidZania located next door in the mall. Because it was raining we asked the hotel for a taxi. Beware - do not use the hotel's taxi service, like many hotel cabs they are overpriced.

GREAT STAY!

Overall we had a great experience. The only observations are that we were assigned 2 queen beds when we wanted a single king bed (we are a married couple) but they said that due to availability they didn't have single bed rooms. Secondly, the beds were very uncomfortable. The best thing of the room is the bathroom, very chic, spacious and well equipped. We also love the Nespresso coffee maker. The location is excellent, best of Santa Fe.
