Is a great place to stay, is clean, good service, great breakfast,the only improvement is probably that for a travel with children, bedding setup are too small

OK Hotel for my one night stay. Reception lady and restaurant employees were very nice to me ! Hotel is a bit worn out and needs a bit of maintenance. Parking is very convenient and at very affordable prices. Food was good and at affordable prices. WIFI was very good. If your are ok to stay in an OK hotel, not being a 5 star nor very fancy, then this can be a very good option for you.

Staff was very courteous but...rooms are incredibly warm. I complained and they tried to help but my room would still get too hot. Property is full of windows (all single pane) and air conditioning system is very weak. In other words, it was like staying in a greenhouse...not very enjoyable. Slightly better at night but I was still breaking a sweat. Rooms are very noisy too. AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

Property is on a busy multi level highway. Noisy AC drowns out traffic, but is not relaxing. Pedestrian bridge to major high-end shopping mall. Nothing on the highway itself.

I was in Mexico City with my department for a three-day conference, and conference participants were recommended this hotel for lodging options. I stayed for six days and had an excellent experience for the entire duration. The hotel was well-maintained, kept clean, and the hotel staff was welcoming and amiable. I was surprised by how nice, comfortable, and clean my hotel room was, with amazing views. The room was spacious with a king-size bed, large desk, ample closet and drawer space, and a large beautiful bathroom. The restaurant and room service were terrific, and the housekeeping staff was phenomenal. Every time I returned to my room, the room was cleaned and refreshed. I’ll have annual visits to Mexico City, and I’ve decided to use this hotel every time. Keep up the excellent work!

Staff took 30 minutes to check me in. Once checked in they where unhelpful and unwilling to put me in a room that was not facing or closest to the main highway. Separately the room had no pillows and was dirty. Lastly the hotels elevators did not require a keycard to go up to the rooms. Anyone could potentially walk in and access the rooms.

Strategic location if you need to stay in the south of the city. Safe area, well lit, right in front of pedestrian bridge that connects you to a big shopping mall. Did not like stinginess of the front desk staff. Asked for water bottles and was denied.

Great stay for my work trips to Mexico. The restaurant’s Mexican food options are pretty good. Beds are comfortable. The only thing I’m not a fan of is that the tv is still coaxial cable, yes, no HD. Looks so dated. But other than that great stay

Just an OK hotel for what I needed. One nite stay for business. Price for the room was ok and that is why I choose them. I was there for just a couple of hours. At least my room and some of the common areas needed some maintenance. Hotel has been there for many years, so now it looks kind of old. (The curtain in my room was broken, the coffee maker had such an old look that you just have to say "NO THANKS", the towels were very old & horrible. The kleenex box had just 3 or 4 tissues, the TV system provided was so basic, that it was the worst ever, etc. IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure never to contact them by phone; they are the lousiest people giving service & info over the phone. They have no training and they have NO idea the damage they do to the hotel with the type of answers and options they offer you ... Their hotel manager is the worst manager I have ever had to deal with ... and so the phone employees. I am really sorry I do not have their names ... but they gave me the worst treatment ever!

Comfortable and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Mexico City is big, but all my interests were around the area so it was perfect for me. I liked my stay here, everything was pretty good, I would stay here again for sure.
