Pros: Location
Located on a busy street in the southern part of the city. If you have business downtown give yourself plenty of extra time to get through traffic. Staff was very helpful getting a car and driver to take us to various sites in town. We stayed here due to it's location near the stadium. Everything went well and would stay there again.

So uncomfortable

This hotel feels and seems really old, the worst ever beds, and terrible people working in it. Overcharge me my parking lot because their system to keep control of it is totally manual so if the guy in charge do not write your time correctly you pay double, and no one hear you or have a solution, also everyday some one knock my door at 7:30 AM To check if I needed somethkbg, that is crazy!

Bad sevice !!

My room was not done at all. 5pm and my room was not done. Staff rude. No valet parking I had to take my stuff bags all the way to the parking structure with my wife and kids.

A Week at the Radisson Hotel

Pros: The hotel is run efficiently, professionally and is very clean. The food is excellent and the chef who makes the breakfast omelettes was most popular
Cons: To make affordable tourist trips available and to give informed facts about prices, entrance fees, translators, etc.
Location: We attended a crusade & chose the hotel because it's not far from the Aztec stadium or the airport. But due to traffic it takes an hour to the airport
We arrived at the Radisson Hotel on Wednesday, 6th May and departed on Tuesday 12th May. The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. It is to be mentioned that after each meal, you are expected to include a tip when signing the bill and not only upon leaving the hotel at the end of your stay. Special occasions like Mother's Day mean that the meal may be double the price!. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Across the road from the hotel is a big mall and further, around the corner you will find a big Walmart.

Old hotel in need of renovation.

Pros: Room service was reasonably priced Breakfast was pretty good Room was clean Cons Deluxe room shower was cramped Missing hand towels after room was cleaned Ac doesn't work very well Housekeeping will turn off ac when they clean the room Internet was slow

Pros: Everything
Cons: More Coffee in the room
Location: The nicest Mall in Mexico City and you can walk to it.
Excellent Staff Attention. Room in excellent condition with a very nice view of the Southern Mountains. Very nice enviroment, very good food in Restaurant.

Pros: The staff attention and service
Cons: The overall facilities can be updated
Location: Right across from the hotel is a very large shopping mall, and it is very near the exit to cuernavaca.
The service is excellent, the food very good. The overall facilities are show wear and tear, but not in a bad way. Overall for the price and location it is the best option around that area of mexico city.
