Stayed here for 7 nights for our first CDMX trip and it was a really great experience! The property is generally clean and tidy, but the room itself was immaculate, outfitted with everything we’d need for a week’s stay. This property is located in a great area, totally safe (we were out in the wee hours and it felt fine), with walking access to groceries, nearby parks, very frequent bus service, and lots of sit-down and street food options nearby. It’s right on Insurgentes so there was some general noise, never anything crazy, but that’s more of a CDMX thing and definitely not as bad as some reviews made it sound. Wifi could be spotty at times, but not an issue if you’re good with hot spotting every now and then. The best part was the warmth from all staff, Anahid and the security guards, and their willingness to help out/answer general questions about the city. The price point was an added perk. We’ll want to stay here again for future trips!

We had to request cleaning the rug the morning after our arrival as we got to the place late in the evening. The carpet in the hallways was also dirty and old. The bathroom stank like rotten sewer (we had to buy something to cover the smell. The toilet bowl had dripping marks as if someone had thrown up a while ago and the bowl was never cleaned. All this besides the exposure of the building made the room so hot we had to use the AC in winter time. The furniture also looked run down. A bit disappointing. The area right out of the place was quiet dirty and noisy.

My stay at Sonder Coporo was a delightful experience, characterized by its high standards of cleanliness and the welcoming nature of the staff. The property excelled in providing easy access to all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for guests. However, there was a minor issue that needs attention. The chairs provided in the rooms, while adequate for short-term use, were not comfortable for extended periods. This could be a significant concern for guests planning to work or spend considerable time sitting. Prolonged use of these chairs may lead to discomfort or even back issues. Overall, aside from the seating, Sonder Coporo offers a wonderful stay with its clean environment, friendly staff, and excellent accessibility to amenities. A small investment in more ergonomic chairs would make it an ideal choice for both short and long-term visitors.

Sonders was everything and more. The apartment was clean and perfect size. We enjoyed the balcony and the amenities inside of the apartment for our use. I would DEFINITELY stay at a Sonders rental property again. The only downfall was this location being on a VERY busy street. It was loud through the entire day and entire night. It was very hard to get good sleep because of the noise. It didn’t ruin our trip but it was a major issue. Overall, Sonders will get our business again.

Lovely property. My apartment was super clean and had everything I needed for a one month stay. Laundry facilities are available free to guests - though half the machines weren’t working properly while I was there. I would stay at this property again.
