Looks exactly like the pictures. Loved having a fridge and small kitchenette. The area was prefect walking distance to nearby restaurants in Roma and Condesa. Wifi worked great.

Spacious and clean room - big bonus is having potable drinking water in the kitchen which is necessary for visiting Mexico. There should be more mirrors - it was difficult for two people to get ready as there are only mirrors in the bathroom.

What a fantastic place to stay. Everthing is 3-10 Usd away by Uber. Great food very close by and the service in these apartments are fantastic. Everything is very clean an has everything you would need for a long stay. What a pleasant stay!

I was very disappointed with this property, at first our room was not ready at check in time and we have to wait an extra 30mins, which would of been fine but our flight came in super early that day and we were already waiting around the hotel and also had told them at front desk as well so I don’t understand why they didn’t prioritize cleaning our room first. Then they do not over any cleaning service and you also need to take your own trash out and you only get 1 request of new towels before your charged extra for more. Then we ran out of toilet paper twice, and r are four girls and the toilet paper rolls are super tiny, the first time they were nice to replace but we had to go down and ask and then the second time they never brought us any and we asked twice and still nothing… we went without toilet paper for our last 2 days and had to go buy some ourselves at a store because we got tired of asking. Also majority of front desk does not speak English, I feel like if you are going to be a hotel for tourist that you should have at least 1 person speaking English working the front at all times, this made it super difficult to communicate with them on what we needed for our room. Also surrounding area isn’t that nice as shown on pictures, we thought is Rosetta was super close due to them showing photos but it’s really a 15min walk away. The couple blocks surrounding this hotel are not the nicest and graffiti everywhere so definitely don’t expect what they show in photos.

Had a wonderful stay here. Perfect neighborhood location, so close and walkable to great restaurants and shops, felt very safe, super beautiful area. Easy check-in and out and the staff were very nice. The room was very clean and well appointed. Great balcony and very comfortable bed. Really appreciated having the filtered water tap! Will definitely stay here again!
