My wife and I planned a weekend at the westin, just the 2 of us. We choose the Westin cause other times that we had stayed here we had a lovely time. This time was different.

The valet driver hit my car in the right front tire. The rim is damaged. I called the hotel ay they say they would investigate since they have cameras. I am still waiting for their call. I had a terrible experience!

Me encanto quedarme aqui y cuando regrese a Mexico lo volvere a hacer. Sin embargo, lo unico que no me parecio mucho es que ordene una hamburguesa termino medio y estaba casi completamente rojo.

Great area to stay in the business district
The Westin was uncrowded and in a nice area where you could walk to a row of restaurants and a small shopping mall. The staff was very attentive. I didn’t have a hairdryer in my room and they provided one when I asked. The cleaning staff skipped water and providing conditioner, but corrected that when I asked. The room service was outstanding. I dined at the market in the hotel, and it was very good. I would stay again.

El hotel en general bueno, tuvimos una buena tarifa, pero deja mucho que desear con lo que era Westin en sus inicios, ya sus "heavenly beds", heavenly pillows" y "heavenly shower" no sirven para nada, las camas regulares, las almohadas aguadas y la regadera sin presion y sucia!

The location is good for the Expo center, and there are restaurants nearby. The water flow (both hot and cold) is kind of small, and hot water is unstable in the shower (Rm 1012)
