The hotel is what you would expect for the price… The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.. Would have given it a better rating but the fact that there is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor with a lot of luggage to carry up the stairs was not fun, quite exhausting… Then there is really no sitting area outside just a picnic table They have the space and it could be so much more a nice patio area for guests to enjoy would be a great addition
Besides those two issues, everything was great the area was close to everything we needed and the staff was very helpful and courteous If in Mexico I would recommend staying here

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Facilities were clean and quiet (my two primary concerns). I would gladly stay here again!

Every single member of that staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The side door is broken, so you have to use the front entrance, and there is no sign telling you that. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but edible.

We've stayed here for a few years and this property gets worse each year. Now we're at the point we will not stay here again. The hallway to the room smells terrible and when you enter the room it smells terrible. Breakfast is limited. It needed modern updates when we first came here years ago and now it is mandatory. The carpet is unacceptable. There is a list of minor things not worth mentioning but they add up to inconvenience

In general its a clean place, but my room was in disrepair. Dirty bathroom tile. Bar missing in shower, with open hole where it used to be. Toilet seat needed replaced. Paint issues all over. Quality of maintenence poor. Makes you wonder what you're not seeing.

Staff was GREAT...Room was large and laid out good. Bed slept good. Tv and channel selection was good too.
Only thing was some of the wall painting was not very professional especially around trim and ceiling & bathroom had paint on the floor by the toilet. . The bathroom shower had some cracks on the floor, toilet was really low to the floor needed to be taller & toilet paper was VERY Thin...need to use a better quality .
Overall , other than what is noted above it was a good experience.

Nice king bed. Hotel close to the shopping and highway. The room did smell musty and maybe mildew. I noticed a dehumidifier in the hallway. The towels were very soft.
Employees always there waiting to help in any way.

It served its purpose, but not exceptionally clean and had a horrible paint job throughout. Bed was comfortable and the towels and bedding were clean,
My room smelled terrible...like mildew and mold. It was overwhelming. Day one I had a GIANT spider in my bathroom. Found another spider in my bed. Gnats...lots of insects to the point I purchased bug spray to try and control it myself. I usually have a good experience here and I've stayed multiple times but will consider someplace else next time. The staff/owners are VERY friendly and they do come and clean everyday. Always have clean towels and the breakfast is good. I just think I had a bad room.

We have performed a pest control service, ozone(air purification), and shampoo service to insure the next customer that stays in the same room and others similar, have a much more pleasant experience. The room had a musty smell,trash on the floor, the bathtub had hair and dirt in it. we didnt have enough towels .i even went ans bought room disinfectant and air freshner but it didn't work. The bed looked like someone was laying on it and it was also dirty.
I had changed my stay from 2 rooms for 3 nights to 1 room for 1 night and although the front desk clerk remembers speaking with Hotels.com to make the changes, stated only one change had been done in the system and there was nothing he could do. 1 room was cancelled but the other room was still 3 nights and that's what i was charged.
