Be careful booking here...

I don't enjoy complaining but feel it's important to let others know about our experience. They didn't seem to know about our booking through hotels.com. The listing had free Wi-Fi, fridge mini-bar, room service, airport shuttle. The empty fridge was switched off, there were two cups but no coffee nor facilities. Hotand cold water was available from the dispenser in the corridor. WiFi was not available because they needed to to up. We arrived late, maybe 11.30pm-12.00am and hadn't eaten. We were told we couldn't order food or drinks because it was too late. There are no places nearby to get food without a tricycle ride (no taxis here unless you get very, very lucky), so out of options. No local 24-hour delivery either. After we made a fuss, they brought us some food and a free bottle of wine which was nice. They brought a working Wi-Fi dongle late the following day. We were woken up around 10.00am with local breakfast. It was OK, but usually you get a chance to order or at least specify a time. After the fuss we made we found the fridge stocked and coffee sachets on day 2. There was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived - these were brought when the fridge was stocked. There is no airport shuttle, but they can book you an expensive taxi with special arrangements. I feel like they were unprepared for our stay, but this is their business and we expected certain things based on the listing that they just didn't have. You may have better luck, but be warned before you book.

Terrible place to stay

I advise Hotels.com to drop this listing. Hotel is not set up for guests, only for hosting weddings and large gatherings. No running water in the rooms, furniture broken or non functional. No spa or any of the services listed on the site. Very bad neighborhood, right along a major highway.

Terrible experience

Where do I begin. I show up, and there is no waiting staff. Once they show up at the desk they have idea they should have been expecting a guest. They actually had to find a room with non broken furniture to put me in. There is no spa or massage service, no restaurant, as stated in the description, no pillow top bed, Absolutely no amenities in the room. That evening I wanted to shower only to find out there was no running water in the room! Made the decision at that time to check out in the morning and go back to Manila. Terrible terrible terrible. I was the only guest in the hotel! The staff was courteous ad tried to help out but they had nothing to work with. Advice to anyone looking at this supposed hotel and spa to stay far away.

The hotel was OK but the staff really sucks. They don't care period. So I will not be back.
