“Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. “Great location in great view room is extremely small but certainly functional. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome and overdone. Compared to the other 12 properties I stayed at during this trip they request way too many forms and their ask for a high deposit is also out of line. However I would still say there are four star because of location and value”

“A great room with wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. All rooms are small in the village, but the village is one of the 2 best places in cinque terra. Lots of exercise because of the stairs. No breakfast, but the village has plenty of restaurants”

“Giovanni is a good manager. The room was clean and the view was nice. However it's right on top of the hill. finding the address is not easy as the entrance is in a narrow back alley, it is a sharp uphill and the place has a tight stairs that are not suitable for heavy luggage. Younger folx may enjoy it more.”
