This property both cleanliness and extra sanitation and we found cockroaches, dirty bathrooms ceilings fence walls every single item in this room was disgusting. We do not recommend this property at all and would love to share any photos that people are interested in seeing if they’re considering this property. One of the owners never even responds to emails or text because she only uses WhatsApp and promised a refund but we have not seen it and it has been over a month

Very nice condo next to Lummus beach The bathroom and shower were very nice Loved the second level terrace with hot tub

Would definitely not recommend.
Horrible experience! I reserved this room about two weeks before my trip. I was overcharged and attempted to call the hotel multiple times during the two weeks to ask about this, but never received a call back. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were told by security that there was no lobby and that we would have to send our credit card and ID over the phone to the hotels number to check in. After checking in, we saw that the room was not clean at all! The bed comforter had stains and candy stuck to it, there was dried up vomit on the bathroom wall, and hair on the back of the pillows. When calling and reporting this to the owner/hotel manager, she called us liars, scammers, and told us to leave with no refund. She then continued to harass us via text messages, and swear at us in a group chat with her cleaning lady, who was suppose to come and inspect the room upon our complaint. We waited over an hour for the cleaning lady and she never showed up. We ended up leaving the hotel and going to another one nearby. Horrible experience and horrible customer services.

We are sorry to hear about a bad experience from one of our travelers. We try to exceed all expectations and mitigate any inconvenience that may arise. Our traveler refused to provide his information to our staff at Check-In so an alternative was offered to him. They also asked for some money back in lieu of a bad review. Unfortunately we have very good reviews and we do not participate in bad ethics when travelers extort us for money in lieu of a review. We again strive for excellence and want all of our travelers to have an excellent stay in our Suites.
