Excellent. The staff and the service are outstanding. I would recommend Acquilina resort and spa to anyone who's looking for an amazing getaway.

Amazing stay!

We stayed at the Aquafina for 5 nights, it was a girls vacation to celebrate the end of summer, sending the kids back to school and treat for the moms. Plus a special 35th bday for my sister. Usually, we decide to go away to an island and not stay in the States, but this year, we decided for the States. And where better than Miami in September?! We couldn't be more happy with our decision for Miami and our stay at the Aqualina! The last time I was here was 10 years ago, for my 1st child's 1st birthday. This place is amazing! The hotel is still breathtaking, the staff is so friendly and willing to help and they have a manager in particular, Andrew, that went above and beyond his role to make sure we were happy and without regrets of coming to Miami. We arrived immediately after Hurricane Irma, within a few days, and Andrew promised us over the phone that there was absolutely no damage to the area and the hotel was up and running. He was also understanding and willing to credit us back if we decided not to travel because of the hurricane. But because he seemed so genuine over the phone, we decided to proceeed with our travel plans and we were super happy we did! Once we arrived, it was like nothing happened! And even better, Andrew greeted us personally AND gave us an upgrade in our room just for coming. Long story short, he was very good to us and we want to personally thank him!

Another Great Stay

Pros: Best customer service I have ever experienced. Wonderful atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting at the same time.
We spent 4 days at The Acqualina and had another wonderful experience. They pride themselves on customer service, and it shows. We brought our 2 children for this visit, and they both LOVED the hotel as well. Upon checking in, we were upgraded to a deluxe one-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family. They had already prepared two "sofa" beds for the children and there were fresh baked cookies and milk waiting for them in our room! The rooms are spacious and very well-appointed. Beds are very comfortable. There are only 96 guest rooms, so we received excellent service. Everyone greets you by name and remembers your preferences for drinks, etc. Once again....Anicet and the staff at the Costa Grill (pool bar) area were great! Very accommodating with the children. There were always good chairs by the pool, and the staff was quick to help set up umbrellas and provide towels. Food and drink service was excellent as well. We arrived a little over a week after Hurricane Irma damaged the area. The staff did an excellent job with repairs, and there was very little indication that they had just suffered a MAJOR hurricane. We had friends who stayed at a neighboring hotel, and they had closed pools, poor customer service, and NO hot water for their entire stay. I discovered our hot water was broken on the first morning, and the Acqualina staff sent SEVEN people to repair it within 15 minutes. Just very, very professional! Very happy, and we hope to return soon!

I can't say enough. This place is heaven!!!!!! The staff goes far and beyond to make your stay so welcoming and my family actually did not want to leave. We will definitely be back soon!

Fabulous Hotel with pools and close to the beach

Pros: The beach was clean and so close to the hotel that we could go between pool and beach multiple times during the day.
The staff was very accommodating. The hotel, grounds and rooms were clean and beautiful. The food was amazing. Family friendly resort. The pools are heated. On one of the rainy days during our stay the kids and I enjoyed one of the outdoor pools and had a blast.
