Hotel Mid Miami Beach

Pros: Great Location for public transport options and the beach is right there
Cons: Working Ice Machines on each floor
Very happy with this hotel, booked at the last minute due to changes relating to the hurricane. Reception staff not very attentive and the ice machines on most floors were not in working order. Otherwise, the hotel is very central regarding public transport options and beach access is right out the front. We didn't use the pool or eat /drink there so cannot comment.

Very close to the beach. the room is very clean

Pros: Location and rooms.
Cons: free car parking....would make the experience much better. $34 a night is ridiculous.
Location: Great location, 2 mins from the beach. Free trolley bus to nearby tourist attractions.
Ideal location and very easy to drive to. Clean well equipped rooms. free trolley buses to move around the town. good eating places via the trolley bus.

Pros: Location and the friendly staff
Cons: The door to the room had a hard time closing at times
Location: Location is fantastic. Minutes from South beach and Lincoln Road. Also located on the beach.
Was there with my wife and daughter from 11/4-11/6. We had an awesome time. The Staff was so friendly and helpful. From the Front desk to the staff out on the beach and pool area. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was the best that I had in a while at a hotel. The location to South Beach and Lincoln Road where 10 to 15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. We are definitely coming back. In fact we are already planning our next trip.

There was a lot of noise coming from the room next door and I called twice about the noise and not being able to sleep nothing was done about it and the front desk attendant was rude about it the next day when I informed him about it.

Excellent stay

We are here on business and this hotel was wonderful. We had a room with an ocean view and it was amazing! Housekeeping was wonderful! I always came back to a clean and wonderful smelling room. I hated to leave so soon.

The check in process was a bit tiring. The cleaning staff told us that the room was done and ready, but the front desk insisted that we had to wait till 4 PM to check in. At 4PM the magic happened and we got our keys. After a long day of waiting it would be nice to have some understanding to our situation. I certainly understand if the rooms were not ready, but... Probably will not come back here again. Cleaning staff is very nice and friendly.

No Valet parking, have to park 4 blocks away, rude staff

They didn't have the room I booked online . Hotel doesn't have a parking so it's very hard to drop the suitcase and find a place to park then walk some block to find out they didn't have available the room

It is on the beach but....

There is valet or parking. The parking garage is over priced. 34 bucks a day. Or the cheaper priced parking area is 8 bucks a day and walk 3 Miami blocks plus a bridge. It's a nice hotel but very inconvenient. The stop light out front takes eons to turn green. Location is bad.

just amazing!

This hotel was great and the staff was a great help. The one employee in particular is Daniel at the front desk. He assisted me and expedia with the booking at this hotel immediately once my previous hotel closed down because of a fire 2 weeks prior to my landing and they DID NOT alert me in ANY way. He was efficient and pleasant. Even giving me a room with a better view than my original hotel and a balcony! He put me at ease after a VERY LONG AND STRESSFUL DAY ON THE PHONE WITH EXPEDIA. The rest of my birthday trip was a success and his help is much appreciated! I will definitely stay here again. The hotel was nice and modern which is kind of hard in Miami because alot of people ate stuck in the olden days. The staff always had smiles on and ready to help. The only part I didn't like was the microscopic Critters that were on the dresser but maybe because we left food out but even when we threw it away they didn't disappear other than that the place was amazing.
