I made a mistake and and didn’t book my kids in the room I aid for ocean view and didn’t get that, they offered a free breakfast but only for the people i booked not my 2 kids. Breakfast staff was horrible they had people watching us eat to make sure we didn’t share our buffet with our kids in which we still paid for their meals this experience was horrible

Blood in bathroom

Had to change rooms due to blood in tub. Double charged credit card. Do not stay here. Rude people at the desk.

Bad experience :(

Pros: it was near the beach
Cons: The service, To hire more personal for the restaurant to serve faster.
Location: just the beach
The first night we came we found out the hotel didn't have valet parking and neither has space for us to park the car so we have to drive and park 3 blocks down, it has a small pool (maybe for 8 or 10 people) it was so crowded that we couldn't get in, the restaurant looks clean but they took for ever in serving the quesadillas we ordered. they never informed us that the hotel was renovating the carpet floor, the smell was terrible and we were scared to step on nails, so we ended up moving to a different hotel it was a nightmare!

OK staff. Dirty room. Noisy room. Only good thing is the view was fine and close to beach.

Nice enough hotel close to an excellent beach

We had a very pleasant time at this Hotel. Very nicely located directly adjacent to the boardwalk and a nice stretch of clean, not crowded, beautiful beach. The pool was small, but heated and comfortable. The bar was excellent. The gym is far too small but then again, you'll probably spend most of your time at the beach and if you're hoping for this gym to save your beach body, it's probably too little too late ;-) Breakfast was the highlight of this hotel. Loved the omelettes and french toast - it wasn't included in my hotel stay but $15 for a buffet style hot breakfast and made to order omelettes was also reasonable. Overall, not the nicest option in North beach, but it gets the job done. It's a little far from the "happening" parts in South beach, but that may be what you're looking for. Also, there's a nearby walgreens for all your random Walgreens needs.

Disappointing

Location: Poor location. Everything is mostly located in South beach. Only convenience is Walgreens a walk away.
Although we were able to check in early, we were unhappy with our stay at Best Western. We were overlooking the lobby and heard the noise coming from the lobby EVERY night / morning. From kids playing at the pool table down the hall, staff setting up breakfast in the restaurant below the room, and music playing throughout the lobby - there was no peace and quiet. We spent a ridiculous amount of money to stay here and had no view of the ocean, the refrigerator in the room was not cold enough, and had to request room service because they skipped over the room. The pool is small, parking is a rip off (34$ a night + tax) the parking garage is tight and small. We paid for parking and one day we had to park in the front because all the spots were taken. The boardwalk behind the hotel is a bit sketchy and unsafe with homeless living right below It.

rooms are like new, great location easy to get to south beach area or north mia!, great staff-very friendly and helpful! highly recommend staying here. this my second stay there this month. only downside no parking but pay lot is one block away!
