Don’t trust what the staff tells you. Dishonesty and misleading customers seems to be a trend. I was told that bicycles, beach towels and beach chairs were complimentary but they were NOT !! I was charged $33 per day for them even if I didn’t use them. Terrible

The nightclub right next to the hotel so you can’t sleep because it’s so loud, strip club directly across the street with women with no clothes on in the large billboard, no suites, housekeeping knocked once and entered our room and didn’t even give us a chance to say we were there. Never again.

Stayed 4 days...I wanted a hotel with a pool that stayed open past 6pm...Staff was excellent..!st room had a leak ...they immedietly transfered us to another room at 3am in the morning...we got there early 12 noon was giving a room earler than expected...My card was charged a day earlier than expected...there was a balance of $100 "destination fee" I was expecting to pay upon arrival but was told I didnt have to pay it ??/ well I had to pay it at check out...I was confused because I didnt book with breakfast (29.00) per day included ...I was told is was being givin to me! but sure enuff at check out I had to pay for the breakfast!! EVERYTHING HAS A SURCHARGE BEWARE! The hotel was great ...service was great... they did bend over backwards for me and my wife but I was uncormfortable because I was givin services I did not agree to!

Wry impressed at this hotel/location as the price was much less for a family than anything else in the vicinity. You cannot beat this location, right in the middle of the best eating/drinking/shopping streets and only short two block walk to the ocean. The roof top pool was so so beautiful, a great additions to an already great hotel. Much recommended for family stay with older kids.

A bit disappointmed
There are several things that are not working, including elevator and dryer. The solo functioning elevator is particularly problematic because all the cleaning staff and guests are waiting for it. There are no cups in the gym and no towels in the swimming pool. For the price it charges, it just doesn't feel right.

Not as advertised. Room was supposed to be 2 Queens 1 Double Pullout. Instead what we got was 2 Doubles 1 Single Pullout.

I didn’t like the fact the hotel had a very late check-in at 4 p.m. The staff was not the best service. The food was not the greatest and house keeping was requested several times to clean the room.
