OLD and run down hotel

Pros: not much with the exception that front desk was accomodating
Cons: Staff, accommodation, look
The hotel room was small, outdated. The wall, carpet, lighting and general appearance were pretty awful. Lights were white as in hospital white, the wall paper was unglued in a few areas, carpet was unclean. Internet was slow and their was a lack of plugs considering the room slept 4 people, each needing 1or 2 outlets for their devices. The car valet service took at least 15-20 min to bring a car from across the street and the price was expensive. The luggage concierge was speaking to a personal friend for over 13 minutes before attending to us.

Great pool and beach access.

We loved our stay here! No complaints! Would be nice to have a more informal dining option on site.

Excellent hotel close to beach

They came to our rescue when couldn’t unlock safe and at 1:30 am bathroom door was locked and couldn’t get in. Great staff.

Bad staff

Pros: location
Cons: Better customer service and clean!!!
Location: good hotel if you are looking for party!!!! never use the room service really expensive and the food quality.... thee worst part!!!!
The Staff form the concierge and parking think that the guests are the enemy.... really bad customer service, I think that all the hotel staff hate kids really bad.........

Terrible stay, won't recoomend to anyone

1. I drove more than 250 miles fromirlando to Miami and had to wait outside the hotel for 1 hour because they had only 1 guy for valet parking. 2. Finally after 1 hour I was able to check in, but found that the internet of the room is not working. I could not even connect my device. 3. Called multiple times to report the issue but no one picked up the call at the reception. Had to finally come down to reception and found at that they only had 1 guy at the reception who also wasn't helpful and told that nothing can be done as the hotel was sold out. Imagine 1 guy to attend to all the guests when the hotel was completely sold. 4. The hotel staff WO so inconsiderate that next morning I had business meeting which I had to take from the hotel lobby as the internet in my room was not working, but they were not apologetic at all and did not help me at all. 5. After my work, I headed to valet parking guy for the car. He took almost 45 minutes to get my car as there was again only 1 guy to attend to a fully sold hotel. After regular complaints, the manager finally gave us another room but by then our trip had already been spoilt just because we booked " FOUR POINTS BY SHEARTON". A pathetic hotel with pathetic services and pathetic staff. I am back to India now and I would request the hotel to refund my money because of the inconveniences caused.

Parking is pricy!!!!

Overall most of it was good. The only things was the parking. They wanted me to charge me for every single to take my car out of the parking lot.

Hotel was good BUT

Although I used Orbitz to reserve this hotel, I dealt with the reservation Mgr who was great. I really loved the setup and ambiance was nice and staff was helpful but there were some issues. My mom had a handicap room. The shower was very accessible but the bed was too high for my mom to go on. The staff helped with using a milk crate that helped her climb by she had t rely on us to go to bed also the toilet in this room was very low. She couldn't get up every time she used it. So again she had to rely on us to help her up. Also, even though her room was always cleaned very well and on time, they supplied insufficient towels. It was a pain. But the lobby, pool area and access t the beach was great! Staff was good too. BUT as for my room it was not good. It was nice and we had a nice big balcony but our room always smelled like wet dog. They tried to spray it but it didn't work. We realized the night before we left that it was the air conditioner which was not working well. It was always hot in our room too. Also they didn't clean our room one day and didn't give us sufficient towels. But I really did like the hotel and the staff did the t help us.
