Pros: close to the beac and the price per night is ok
outside bath near of the pool were out of service during my stay 5 days unacceptable you implemented a lot of control regarding towels but now it is exagereted we have difficulties to get a replacement the bathroom needs to be fully renovated

Not a +Vip hotel. Terrible for $ they charge

Accidently i would ip staying ay this place Their başe charge was $325 a night plus tons of tax and fees associated with. For two nights I was charged about $1000 whereas hotels like SLS were charging half the price. It is an older hotel. Elevator does not have sensor which my arm was slammed by and still hurts.expedia rates this hotel as +Vip

Beautiful hotel, great food and great service. Will recommend this to all my friends. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I revisit Miami.

Traveled to the resort this past weekend and loved the hotel. Great staff through and through. Pool and beach were wonderful and the ocean view suite was absolutely stunning!

I went there for my for my anniversary during October and all I have to say about them is good comments. First of all, they a comas a Ted my stay by providing a crib for my baby free of charge, and not only that, when it came time for checkout, they allowed me to stay a few hours past check out time so I didn't have to wonder around with a baby until our flight at 6pm. They even brought us complimentary chocolate strawberries and fruit platter as a gift for our anniversary! Thank yiu for the great time. All of the staff, including valet, house cleaning, and everyone else was friendly and helpful! Great beach view! The pool and beach front was clean and enjoyable!

Excellent Hotel, but they charge you a LOT!

Pros: Room and views.
Cons: Extra charges are outrageous.
Location: Beach is close by,
The hotel was great but they charge you for everything. There's a $25/day charge for the use of wifi. beach, room coffee and towels. That's crazy. I've traveled to many places and this is the first time I see something like this. The breakfast buffet is crazy expensive too. I ended up paying $72 including tip for a two person buffet. The food was unremarkable. A pina colada by the pool will cost you $17. Having said all this, the room was stunning. It was very comfortable and had great views. I guess you get what you pay for.

Grand Beach Hotel Miami

Pros: Location, location, location. Beautiful view.
Cons: The hot tubs weren't working, they could be fixed. front desk staff not the greatest.
Location: In between the bay and the ocean.
Nice hotel, beautiful beach. Nice view. Hot tubs on ground level weren't working properly and were not hot, otherwise, the place was nice.

Trendy hotel, nice location

This hotel has a beautiful lobby, two pool areas, a cafe in the lobby, free wifi and access to the beach. Which is a must! The 2bed suites are spacious and the hotel is very clean. The hotel is on Collins and is a 12 minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach, perfect for those who rather stay in a classy hotel that is away from the wild life. Not much within walking distance, but a cheap Uber ride to wherever you disire to go. FontaineBleau is a few doors down. Cessoni's restaurant inside the Soho Beach House hotel is also walking distance, which has an amazing Sunday brunch!

Overall the hotel was nice. Checking in was a bit rough. The staff was rude when asked to clarify the fees and wouldn't even look at us when speaking. We could never get a hold of anyone when calling from the room. And, when we went down to the lobby there was always only one staff working and the person always seemed overwhelmed. Beach was fantastic. Hot tubs weren't hot and same temp as the pool which was disappointing...along with the adults only pool not really adults only. All in all our stay was alright.
