Unable to sleep due to excessive noise!

Cons: Sound proofing!
Huge warning! Do not book this hotel if you plan on sleeping at all! There is an outdoor club next door that blasts music until 5 am every night. The hotel did not do anything to switch rooms or warn us of the noise. We also reached out to them to complain and have not heard a peep back in a week. BUYER BEWARE!

Ok Hotel

Pros: Across the beach, clean and has good amenities
Cons: Staff service & Food quality
Location: All beach related things, bars, food, shopping, everything is nearby...
Over all the hotel is great. The only thing that can be better is the staff service. They are slow and have zero attention to details

The hotel was nice on the strip

Good experience overall, hotel on strip, within walking distance to beach and many restaurants. Nice pool, rooms are pretty nice and clean!

Slow check in

Lovely spot on south drive. Very expensive add one tax service and. Resort fees.parking 42 coolers a night plus tax mind you dont get caught on the free cocktails they still cost 36 dolers for 2.

Roaches in the rooms

Went to complain about roaches in room and another guest was at the desk also. The hotel credited me 15% but that was not acceptable. They should have given me 1 night free or all nights free!

Awesome hotel but the noise from club

The hotel was awesome the only issue is when you get back to your room and try to sleep the music from the club is blaring loudly threw the window

Best Hotel in South Beach

Place is absolutely amazing, the location is central to everything. Hotel also has lovely amenities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. However the service is horrible. Reception is rude and don't make guests feel comfortable. Carlos was very unpleasant,rude and uncouth. I would have rated the hotel 10/10 but because of the receptionists I would give it 7/10. I would have given a worse rating but it's unfair for the hotel owners because of the incompetence of a few employees.
