Great location, quaint and quiet spot.

The hotel is quiet and away from the rowdy crowds. The location is great and close to Lincoln Rd, the beach and the main strip. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just OK

Posted Jul 12, 2017
The hotel is ok. Walking distance to everything and that's pretty much it. Our room was ok, pretty spacious tho. EVERYTHING is pretty old and needs a remodeling. Breakfast is way simple I'd not even named it breakfast. A coffeemaker in our room didn't work. It's a good, affordable hotel for a night or two but no more. Just 5-6 parking stops and it's pricey.

Great location, good staff, ok room

Posted May 22, 2017 on Hotels
The location is fantastic (5 mins from the beach and main drag), and the staff were generally very friendly and helpful. However, the studio room was distinctly average, and reminded me of the dingy old-style motels that I stayed in when I was younger - the paper-thin curtains should be replaced with blinds, as that would mean that you could let a little light in during the day, but block this out at night (the room definitely did not have the blackout curtains that were advertised). The house keeping was a mixed bag, with sometimes half washed dishes put back in the cupboard, and towels not replaced. The walls were also quite thin, and over the weekend there was lots of noise between 12-4am - this is to be expected in South Beach, but if you're looking for piece and quiet, then try elsewhere

Cons: Renovation
Location: Beach. Restaurants and bars. Shopping. Walking
No elevator(I'm rather dissable). No parking available.

Don't forget to bring you home with you to feel ok

Posted Apr 28, 2017
Pros: Wi-fi, fridge & microwave
Cons: PUT some hygiene products so the visitors do not have to take their whole bathroom with them. Inform that you have LIMITED parking spots ahead!
Location: Beach and some coffee places
It is a good thing that they have a microwave and a fridge in the room but I have never been to the room where you don't a have soap t wash your hands with! I'm not even talking that there were no shampoo or drinking water in the whole hotel. I cut my hand and they did not have a first aid kit- my husband had to run to the store(which he found only after 20 minute due to the fact that it was our first time there)... The photos that are on the web are photoshopped or were taken somewhere else- because in the reality this hotel is probably 2 star one. My suggestion- pay a little bit more but do not stay there!

Thank you Alex for your comments. Our apologies for the overlook in providing enough soap in the room. As well address our lack of first aid kit. Definitely wouldn't want anyone to have to rush and locate a band aid when we should easily provide one. Thank you again,

Never book the hotel again.

Posted Apr 27, 2017 on Hotels
Never again. No phone, no soap in a bathroom. Last century stove, dirty dishes. Tub doesn't has drain. Everything is very old. Right name for the "hotel" is very poor motel. The only positive is location-walking distance until Miami beach.

Thank you for your comments. We will be sure to address with the right department on always providing clean everything in the rooms. Our property is a little older but there are no excuses for dirty dishes. Thank you again

Decent place for the money.

Nice location. Price is in line with what you get. Stayed two separate nights. Second night the room I got on the second floor was much larger than the one on the first. Floor. Jorge the concierge is a pleasure to work with.

Comfortable stay. Spacious room with kitchen. Close to nightlife and restaurants. This hotel Only has 5 or so parking spaces. I was told I had to park 2 blocks away in a parking garage. Not cool

Dear Tonya, Thank you for your comments. Indeed South Beach itself is limited to parking and our older building is no exception. We apologize for the inconvenience, perhaps should you return to our neighborhood you can always try to call ahead a reserve a spot. These reservations are based upon availability. Thank you,

Stay Away! Photos are deceiving!

Posted Mar 30, 2017
Pros: It's in a great location of Miami Beach and in walking distance of a great variety of restaurants plus the beach.
Cons: All of the problems I mentioned..
Location: Great places to eat nearby and near great shops on Collins Ave
So many things wrong with this hotel. I checked out on the first night I got there. Lack of Staff Availability: The hotel staff hardly answer the phone when you call it and there is not answering machine setup for callers to leave a message. Also, Hardly anyone is seen sitting at the front desk. Dishonest staff: Before arriving at the hotel, I was told I had the option to have the hotel charge my card when I check out instead of right when I check in. When I arrived, I was told the opposite and they demanded the full payment for the whole stay up front. Zero regard for guest safety or security: I did a quick inspection of the place and noticed that the window in my hotel room was left open a crack and had no way of being closed. My room was also on the main floor where anyone could climb in. I immediately complained to the hotel staff and was told nobody from maintenance was available to fix the window until the next morning. So, I then requested a different room for the night until the window could be fixed. They told me the hotel was at capacity and no more rooms were available. They didn't try to accommodate me at all. Theft: I had a couple of friends staying in the same hotel and and we noticed some of their belongings went missing from their room. No one else had access to the room and the room was locked via a keypad code. They were also on the main floor but their window was not broken like mine was and they locked it every time they were gone from their room.

Thank you for your comments. These things indeed need to be look at immediately. The safety of our guests and safe is to priority and this shouldn't have happen. The last thing we want is for some not to feel safe while away from home. Thank you again and we will be sure to pass on your review to the appropriate department.
