Great location, one block from beach .

Pros: Convenient location for Miami International Airpot and the cruise ship terminal,
Cons: A later shuttle than 6.30 pm. from the airport would be useful
Location: Excellent shopping right on Collins Avenue, beach activities one block away on Ocean Drive.
Wish we had known of this hotel when we came through Miami three weeks ago, Super location with excèllent shopping and good esating establishments within a couple of blocks, Very comfortable room and bed, good breakfast and very helpful staff

Staff was pleasant and the hotel is in walking distance from everything. It is not the Ritz, but for the price I paid I was extremely pleased. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Had to pay an extra $150 once I arrived for check in. Valet scratched the top of my rental car. Valet took an hour bring my car once I requested it. Hotel staff was extremely mean. They threatened to call the police on me and friends at least once a day for everything we did. We are African American so maybe they were racist. Room was extremely small, looked like a small studio apartment.

Dear Taylor, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry that we did not meet up to your standards. In regards to the additional charges the reason is because you made a reservation for two adults and you showed up with 4 adults. We even made an exception and only charged for 3 adults. The other charges were for the daily $15+tax resort fee which is clearly stipulated when you make your reservation. We strive to maintain a harmonious environment for all of our guests. Sadly, there were guests that were complaining about the noise level coming from your room. We simply asked you and your group to please keep it down as this not party hotel and to please refrain from using vulgar vocabulary towards our staff. The valet company that we use has a procedure that before they take the car they do a walk-through for any dents/crashes. The Front Office Manager personally called you before they took the car to notify you that there were crashes on the top of the car. I hope that the above facts clarifies any misunderstandings. Don't Valet Park!!! NO elevators!!

Pros: location to the beach.
Cons: everything else.
The Valet damaged our truck on both sides of the bed and the roof and then tried to say it was like that when we gave it to them. It was not. They even tried to rub something on the scratches to try and cover it up. The hotel did nothing to help us. The Valet company did nothing but place blame on us. The Spanish speaking police sided with the Spanish speaking Valet manager. We will never stay at this hotel or any hotel that uses this Valet service and doesn't stand behind their customers.

Had Blood and Dirt in room and smelt really bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I can’t believe anyone could handle That smell.! I had to buy my own spray

Worse Experience Ever

Hotel was filthy and had dirty sheets, no elevator and no one to help me to my room. The keys to the room did not work. There was a a huge cockroach in the room. The AC unit fell out the window. I left the same night and was only there for 4 hours
