Centrally located, gorgeous pool on roof deck!

Wonderfull and lovely free drinks happy hour,nice mexican restaurant onsiteminutes to the beach again beautifull pool on roofdeck, very confortable beds a++++++

Last minute checkin

Last minute late night check in for my mom and I. Staff was very nice, room was pretty. Only bad someone smoking weed in middle of night woke us and made it hard to sleep. Not hotels fault though.

HORRIBLE experience with this hotel

I had the worst experience when I booked this so called Riviera south beach 4 stars hotel. I have been an expedia gold member for over 10 years always using vip hotels to maximize my experience but this time everything went wrong. Dirty towels, dirty balcony, broken sofa, stain bed shets, horrible customer service & lobby staff. When I call expedia twice for over 45 minutes in a call they called the hotel and mark the manager in charge refused to refund the 1 night stay. They were rude and not taking into consideration my 12 hours europe trip. I even spoke to 2 expedia gold supervisor which refuse to help me like others have done in the past based on my excellent relationship and status with expedia. I will not recomend this hotel and I will post images of my arrival. Also what you see in the pictures is not even close to what you will get. That was one of the reason I booked this crappy hotel in the first place because it was 4 stars, vip and beautiful cover picture which might be from years ago the place does not at all looks like in the pictures they show in expedia. I will like to take this matter into a higher ranking representantive of expedia to find a solution for this horrible and uncomfortable situation. At the end nothing was resolve and I had to make another reservation for that night at the riu hotel in miami beach. The hotel staff refuse to recognize their low quality standars supervision. WORST HOTEL EVER

Nice hotel with all what you need

Me and my husband stayed at Riviera Suits for one night . It’s nice hotel , the room is kind of small but has everything what you need . Hotel stuff was very good . They were always busy at the best with clients however very professional . Thank you

Dopest spot in South Beach

The Riviera Suites exceeded all our expectations! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was pristine and extremely comfortable. Ideal location as it's walking distance to the beach and nearby shops. I would highly recommend this place to my closest friends. Thank you Riviera Suites. We shall return.

great location bad parking

It was in a great location the only thing that i disliked about the hotel was the parking suckssssss. 40 dollars a night for valet is ridiculous but loved the hotel.

Close to beach and shopping areas.

Stayed for 4 nights, I would recommend this place and for The price you pay, its worth the stay. It's about a e block walk to the beach and a block away from Collins Ave. (Shopping area).

Nice hotel but bad check in experience

Pros: Location is near the beach. Nice decoration. Clean room.
Cons: Staff need to be trained. I understand not everyone has the authorization to do everything, but at least they shouldn't refuse guest's request.
Location: Location is near the beach and shopping mall. Good to walk around after dinner. There are several bars nearby as well. Good to have a drink.
Expedia sent me an email regarding a free upgrade before I went to Miami. And I also informed hotel a late check in through Expedia. When I arrived hotel at around 3am, the staff in the front desk asked me to provide my confirmation again and again after I told him my full name. He even didn't check the reservation from his computer. It seems that he was never told there's a late check in guest, not to mention the free upgrade. Just like I went to a wrong place. And of course, I didn't get any upgrade until the next day morning I asked the front desk again...

walking distance to beach

Pros: close to beach
Cons: transfer to port of miami would be nice option
Location: plenty of restaurants near by, quick walk to shopping and beach
just spent the night prior to a cruise. no transfer provided to dock, needed to call uber. arrived very fast. staff helpful and addressed questions. pools available, but did not have chance to use them
