The Manager and staff was amazing.

Had a few issues and was taken care of asap. The beer and alcohol was a little too expensive but overall it was a great experience and I am looking forward to visit again, want thank Angelica Chediak the night manager for her all her help.

Wasn't What I expected

The room was nice but the balcony was extremely small! Hotel is a bit pricey it's really ridiculous to charge $42 for parking!! it's like they charge you for everything u do even the water smh!! No refrigerator in the room which I think is awful. A day before check out they locked me out my room which was weird and had to get my room key reactivated !!

Staff was great and the hotel was in a perfect location but the room itself was small and didn't have many amenities. No personal fridge for the guest or microwave. And it was very odd that the bathroom didn't have a lock.

Great hotel with super convenient location!

Pros: The location is excellent. The staff is friendly. The spa was great, especially the massage staff.
Cons: The resort fee is a bit high. Why not include it with the room rate rather than a separate fee?
Location: Shopping is nearby and easy to walk to and from. Restaurants are also walking distance. The beach is steps from the property.
I absolutely love the Royal Palm. This is the second time I have stayed at the property. The hotel upgraded our room at check-in to a suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to the shopping areas along Collins and Lincoln, and the restaurants along Espanola Way. The beach is clean and the beach staff very accommodating to make the time enjoyable. The pool area is well-maintained and clean, with fresh towels at the pool and the beach. The spa on site is excellent and they have great specials well worth the price.

Older gem on the beach

Nice location on south beach with 2 nice pools. Friendly staff and rooms are the old art deco style. We haf a oceanfront room on the 17th floor, awesome views.

Birthday celebration

The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely not a 4 star resort. There wasn't much to do in the hotel and only having the one restaurant was disappointing. The rooms were clean but very worn down When I paid extra for the view and balcony it really wasn't a balcony that you could move around on. To me pictures online we deceiving. I had been to Miami several times and stay at 4 or 5 star hotels. Would not recommend this one. We had to move cause our bathroom faucet leaked over night and flooded the bathroom and part of the hallway. This was a bit of inconvenience.

Excellent view of the beach

When I first arrived, I got a room that was dirty. I went back to the front desk and Nicole was able to give me another room. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I love the beach and I got an excellent view. I just wish my balcony was bigger.
