Perfect location on south Brach

We loved staying here. The rooms were nice and pillows where comfy. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to ocean drive and the shopping center on Lincoln. The room came with two beach chairs and towels so we didn't have to worry about packing towels to use. I would love to stay here again the next time we come back!

Very nice hotel "hidden" in Collins Ave.

First time at the Royal Palm and loved it. From the outside it's actually a bit hidden; however, once you're inside the art deco takes over. Very nicely decorated. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are of a good size. Comfy beds and pillows. The location can't be beat. This is definitely a good hotel that we are going back to.

Everything you need.

Pros: Food service to the beach, bikes to take for a ride, location is optimal. If you are not into the party scene it is especially great location.
Cons: I would not charge a $8 service fee ONTOP of included 18% tip to room service orders. I would lower the price of the umbrella use.
Location: Lincoln Road has theaters (movies and live entertainment), Great cafe within walking distance called AROMA. It has great drinks, breakfast options.
Great location, Beach, Lincoln Road, Restaurants, Pools, and Beach Walk. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. Two TVs, minibar (fully stocked), room service, deep tub (but could not fill it because there wasn't a stopper), lots of storage, iron with board, safe, hair dryer, everything you need.

I did Not stay all the nights because the huracane, and the hotel Said that you are Going to make a devolution of the other nights. Plase help with these. Renatto

Royal Palm Resort South Beach

Everything was wonderful here, the staff were very friendly. Perfect location everything was within walking distance. Overall I had a great stay.

Nice hotel right next to the beach

Pros: It is right next to the beach in a very walkable area.
Cons: No big complaints here.
Location: I walked on Collins Ave, had fun at the beach and enjoyed shopping and dining at many places nearby.
The location is great, but the staff was better. I would have enjoyed it a lot more if I had not been evacuated because of Hurricane Irma. Still, the staff helped me get out of the hotel quickly. I hope that they all left shortly thereafter.

Great South Beach Hotel!

The Royal Palms is a great hotel on South Beach. The staff is great and helpful for any of your needs. The beach and ocean are a walk away from either of the 2 pools also. Our stay was great and we will stay here again!

Unexpected Expences;Unreasonable Price

$42 a night for parking. $33 daily resort fee. $32 per person for breakfast. $6 for a can of soda.

Room was dissipointing. Felt cold with the tile floor. Hotel hallway carpet was dirty and worn. The ice maker was leaking and the carpet was soaked from it. The drinks at the pool were way over priced. Lobby was nice, just wish the room was as nice as the loby. Resort fee was to high for what was offered.
