Worst hotel I've ever stayed at

We booked this hotel in hopes for a good Miami vacation, unfortunately - we got the exact opposite. Prior to checking in we requested a two bed room and also a roll in bed for a third person. We confirmed over the phone this was possible. After checking in and dealing with David, who was extremely unpleasant and refused to disclose vital information - we were told we could not get a roll in bed because the rooms were too small. When I asked about parking he told me yes, we have a garage! - but failed to disclose that it was 32 dollars a night to park. After finally getting in the room, over half the outlets did not work, the shower flooded past your ankles and after 3 hours, the sink did not drain either. In the morning we refused to stay in this room and were finally moved to a different room with a pull out couch. We thought this would be better, but the pull out couch bed had fecal stains on it and a hole in the bed. The pool had no filtration system and had hair, sand and dirt all over it - as well as the hot tub. I've never stayed at a hotel with this many problems. As we were trying to check out, they tried charged us for 3 days parking instead of 1, usage of the mini bar even though the maid was never allowed in the room, and multiple service fees even though the service was terrible. I'm pretty sure they were just hoping we would just sign the invoice and not look at the charges. This hotel was absolutely terrible and I advise people to stay away. Stick to name brand.

This hotel has AC that is set up at 72! Hell!

The room is so hot and humid the AC is set up at 72 u cant go down! This is sucks It was bad experience, very bad

The staff was amazing! They were really helpfull. The room was always clean and the pool too. The food was really good also.

Hotel is ok but..

The room was good..also the rooftop pool is fantastic..the hotel has nice area at the beach..but there is a few things that i dont like.. every morning the staff comes to clean the room and they always woke us up like 9-10 am..there is no "do not disturb" sign in the room..last morning at 9am, somebody opened our door while we are sleeping..she didnt knock the door before open it..it was terrible that somebody opened your door at 9 am.. besides they didnt refresh our body wash, shampoo and toilet paper.. The check in time is like 5 pm..but check out is 11 am..at 11.15, they started to call the room and started to knock the door..come on guys, i am working in hospitality sector and you cant take out the people like that..its not a good behavior..

It's good for being close to the beach, but the room was not quite at all, you could hear everything people at the next room is saying or talking.

Disappointing

Basically, the only redeeming quality of the hotel was the price when compared to other hotels on South Beach. But that unfortunately resulted in a lot of people at the hotel pool who were unkempt and didn't have appropriate social skills for being at a pool. The experience started off VERY poorly with a 20-minute check-in process, as the receptionist checked her computer like it was something created for NASA. I am used to checking in in less than five minutes tops. The room was decent. The rooftop pool was nice, except for some of the people swimming in it.

It was ok. Good location. Expensive hotel parking. Cleaning lady knock on the door EVERY day at 8:30 am and every time she said that was accidentally! No chance to sleep in!

Close to everything

I can't rate this hotel, because when we checked in they had no rooms for us due to the rooms not being accessible , so they had to put us at their sister hotel which was a major upgrade down the street, THE PLYMOUTH HOTEL, I highly recommend the PLYMOUTH
