Amazing hotel close to the beach and Lincoln rd Ma

The staff were very helpful and were very hospitable. We went during art Basel and set is up with all the events we wanted to go to. The room was amazing, we had gotten a corner ocean from room on a high floor and the view was beautiful. They had everything needed in the room, booze, beach bag, hats for the pool. The bed was very comfy and the shower had a regular shower and a rainforest shower. Overall amazing!

Change the elevators

Cons: Cut down the palm trees around the pool so you can get a tan. Change the motor in the elevator.
Fun hotel with friendly staff that take car or all of your needs. The elevators can take 10 minutes and there are only 2 for the entire hotel. The rooms are tiny but that is the style, if your in South Beach there isn't a lack of space in other hotels. The pool for 21+ is excellent but the other pool does not get any sun light.

Small lobby, less staff at chkin. Hallways outside room are way too dark & so are the hallway walls/carpet. Room was nice but lacked a desk & space to keep things. But the location close to Lincoln Road made up.

The hotel is very cute! It’s definitely a boutique hotel. However, it is so small!! The pictures make the rooms look big but they’re not. The beds do not comfortable sleep 2 people if you do the double beds. Other than that it’s a great hotel which a great location!!

Great hotel, fantastic location, very boutique style and trendy, comfortable beds and bedding (had the best nights sleep during my 3 night stay) and staff really friendly and approachable!

Great location

Pros: Food was incredible as was most of the hotel staff
Cons: You should have working air conditioning when it is hot; housekeeping should actually clean the rooms and remove the trash, not just swap out towels.
Hotel is in a great location, the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The actual hotel room was extremely small and the air conditioning did not work (it was 90 degrees and high humidity the entire weekend). Also the housekeeping was disappointing. They would change out the towels but never actually cleaned the room. We ordered room services on Friday and all of the trash and plates were still there on Monday when we checked out. We also had an issue with the server at the pool, after ordering three items for 4 of us to share, she brought us triple orders of each item. We let her know immediately about the issue and did not eat any of the food but she still refused to take the food off the order.

Put us in the wrong room day one then had the audacity to blame Expedia for the wrong booking even though the guy checking us in asked if we booked a king bed city view of course we said yes because that’s what we booked but instead they put us in a tiny double bed room that was dirty and they made believe they were booking us in a king bed room. We go down to complain and they act like that’s the booking Expedia sent over even though the guy checking us in confirmed we booked a king bed city view. The pillow covers had eye liner on them and the sheets had orange stains on them. Slept in the dirty room the first night and to top it all off the “clean” towel had a melted tampon on it so that was gross. We had to get s late start the second day because we had to wait until after 12pm to change rooms, so we had to check out of the wrong room by 11am and wait until they had the right room for us around 1245pm. Do yourself a favor don’t stay here.

Great spot by the beach!

Location: Good location. Close to everything.
Had a great experience there. Staff was terrific from the desk to the wait staff to the pool staff. Good location. Liked the pool scene also. Would visit again.
