Now a Budget Hotel- it is what it is

Pros: friendly staff
Cons: Food quality and availability was poor (i.e. no dinner service) .The pool was quite cold despite being told it was "heated" Run down public areas
Location: great location in happening South Beach - on the beach
The Shore Club has seen better days , quite run down .

Room layout not appealing. Bathrooms especially

Tv didn’t work when I arrived. Hot water was sporadic and didn’t care for the bathroom layout. The shower bath tube combo didn’t work for me... lobby and around the hotel seemed dated...

Cool spot!

Staff is great, food is good, seems to always attract a fun group of guest. Hotel management went out of their way for me and they seem to do this on every visit back

Room was very tired and old - the north tower rooms need to be redone. Not worth their price.

Stayed here two years ago & loved it. Know they had to clean up from the hurricane, but the overall quality of the hotel seems to have gone down in the past two years. Both rooms and common areas seem just a little bit dingier, gift shop has closed, had AC leaks happening in BOTH rooms we stayed in, etc. Could be a super nice hotel if they just invested some $ and got it back to looking nice overall.

Worst Stay Ever

Pros: the pool and it is beach front.
Cons: facility, lay out of room, staff.
Location: south beach, clubs, shopping.
If you want to pay luxury prices and be treated like garbage stay here.

We checked in late and they let us stay later they have two pools one that is deeper than 5ft and one that goes to 4ft a jucuzzi and private beach staff very sweet

It was comfortable, and the best was that I enjoyed my pet with me. And staff were all friendly.
