Bad Customer Service

Pros: Walking distance to the beach and access to Casa Blanca (its sister hotel)
Cons: Cleaning rooms properly and returning the deposit within a reasonable time.
The room was not properly cleaned. There were food crumbs on the floor, half used soap in the bathroom etc. The Valet parking person, despite noticing that we had an infant and a toddler, did not even bother to lend a helping hand. Most of all, the US $50 deposit that they took has not been refunded to date (even after 20 days) and I have sent them 2 emails and have not received a single reply. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not stay here!

Prepaid for our stay but was charged $87 extra. Refunded after they could not explain what it was for. Overcharged for valet parking $30 a day x 2 but we only stayed one night. My car was parked 30 feet from the front door and when I checked out the valet was on his cell phone and just handed me the keys without saying anything. Ocean view room consisted of peering through the hotel being constructed across the street where you can only see a sliver of water.

very comfortable place, nice view on the bayside. I've been here a few times, the service is not the best but it's very clean

Hotel close to the beach

I was moved from 6060 hotel to casa blanca because of some issues at the 6060 hotel. Other than the view i would never book at 6060 or casa blanca again. It just was not clean, the staff was unorganized, rude to guest. The only helpful person was the staff at 6060 i dont remeber his name but save ur money and book somewhere else!

Not what we expected.

Pros: The balcony was nice and the bed/linens were clean. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The elevators walls need repaired. Shuttle service would be helpful. Staff could be more helpful.
Location: The Casablanca was good and a wonderful nearby French restaurant was amazing.
No in-room safe, no restaurant, no shuttle service for airport or port of Miami. We did have access to the "sister" hotel (Casablanca) a block away, however. This gave us beach access and dining access. The staff there was pleasant and helpful.

Good location Closet o beach It permits to go to beach and to pick up towels from Casablanca hotel in front of sixty Room good, but not clean......

Viewed the Indian Creek river bridge opened for high boat pass by at the flat of the big enough room.Tower is great,room with microwave and sink everything u need for healing up food.Very nice and surprise.Only un-good thing is there is no drinking water or juoce for sale in the hotel.Hv to walk two block away get drinks...
