The staff are so unreasonable!!

I left my shoes near the pool and in 10 minutes it was gone!!! After asking 5 people,including manager, no one responded!!! It's so ridiculous,they should be more attentive to clientele not to stole!!!

Hello, Anonymous! We sympathize about your missing shoes in our pool area. When you reported them missing, we did ask the groundskeeper and supervisor of that building if anything was turned in or left at the pool. There is a lot of foot traffic through our pool area, and many guests love to lounge there. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items left. It is impossible to know what belongs to whom. All we can do, is store anything turned in or found in our "lost and found" storage. Ultimately, there isn't much more we can do. Regards, Candace

Pros: I didn't like the facts that I made a mistake and booked one day extra and refused to refund me yet they couldn't provide a good service,
Cons: Be fare work with your customers because they are your marketing source, sometimes its not about money
Location: too many thing to do
We arrived on the hot day and we had to walk around the building on the heat with no one helping. The next day I was shaving and realised that the sink plug was stuck and the Air Con went down in one of the rooms. I reported everything but nothing was done until we've checked out. I couldn't sit down in the lounge and watch TV because of the heat but they happy to keep my money for the day that I didn't want .

How disappointing to hear you were not satisfied with your recent stay at Tradewinds. Unfortunately, any modifications or cancellations on any reservation have to be done 72 hours prior to check-in, and many have a "no refund" policy, much like when purchasing an airline ticket. Pros: it is close to all
Cons: mattress should be changed getting a little soft
Location: alot of bars and resteraunt close by beach very clos by
arrived a bit early wasnt a problem issued us a room close to pool every thing was nice bring your own food to cook gas station near by is expensive publix super market down the just as bad

Bugs in my room

The first night i stayed was fine until the next night when the bugs came out. They lied to me about refunding me my money and covered it up by not making notes in the computer this was my second time staying at the tradewinds on vacation, if your not fond of bugs and animals cause they have all kinds of animals living there then this my not be the place for you.

Nice Hotel. Felt like a resort.

Pros: amenities, cooking facilities
Cons: Pool was a bit small, seems larger in the pictures.
Location: Hotel near transportation (Collins Avenue).
Stay was pleasant. Staff were attentive and accommodating.

Not clean and very noisy air conditioning

Did not like to see Cockroaches and the air conditioning is way too loud. No peace.

It was an okay trip

The service sucked and the area was alright. Collin avenue is near by but it is kind of far from south beach.

Close to everything. A Map would have been useful

Wi-Fi was shoddy at times. No pool towels. $6 uber to ocean drive and $18 To American airline arena. The cabs are twice that amount

Vacation trip

The room was very home like. Lots of space and the kitchen was an added bonus! We got a 1 bedroom and it came along with the pull out sofa bed. Perfect! Also the room is about a 20-30 min walk to Ocean Dr! I enjoyed my stay here and would come stay here again!
