Location: I'll Mulino Restaurant is a must do!
From start to finish,this hotel is the epitome of first class luxury. The staff was incredible! Amazing standard room! Gorgeous property! Aqualina is a must visit!

First Class!!

Acqualina is an amazing resort! We can't say enough about the outstanding resort with extremely friendly and professional staff. Every staff member from the valet to the pool staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My son, who at times can be shy did not want to stay at the kids club but the staff member made him feel comfortable and by the end of the day he didn't want to leave. We had to reassure him that he could return the following day...(staff member was amazing)! We enjoyed conversation by the pool with Marie and Alex who were at our beck and call. The resort is beautiful and there is plenty to do for all age groups. We will DEFINITELY return and highly recommend this outstanding resort!

Wonderful staff, great food and rooms are exceptional. The towels are the best too!!! The staff is very accommodating, i was upgraded to a classic suite with full kitchen beachside. Perfect views and charming

Nice Rooms

I came down with my boyfriend who had a conference nearby. The rooms are great. Very well done, spacious, thought out. I travel a lot for work and the rooms are relaxing, have outlets where you need them, look nice and are spacious. The staff overall is very helpful and friendly, the guys at the beach and front desk in particular. A couple areas of improvement: Housekeeping could have a standardized time to come. They didn't come until 6pm one day and were there at 10am the next. I tried to have them come earlier the first day as we needed to get ready for dinner after work, but that didn't happen after I called to request. Valet parking was a disaster. I called to have the car brought up and they brought the wrong car, fine. Then they tried to convince me it was the right car after giving it to me the second time. Took them 45 minutes to find the right car. For better or worse we had been to the beach a lot and our car was WAY sandier so I noticed right away. The next day the same thing happened with valet! Then they brought the car up finally and parked it behind the concrete center wall and did not give it to me. Essentially they hid it from themselves in plain sight! The guard going down to the beach could soften his approach. Back to the good... Il Mulino, the one here is fantastic. The juice shop across the street is lovely too if you like healthy options while traveling, Juice and Java.

Cons: Spa services are overpriced
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach resort. The staff could not be more helpful. We will definitely return.

Great hotel in comfortable setting

Pros: Pretty much everything. WIFI worked great, continuous, "free" water bottles were helpful and the setting was outstanding.
Cons: Possibly have coffee machines in the room in addition to or versus an espresso machine.
Location: There is very little convenient shopping or nice restaurants.
The hotel and staff were wonderful. Service was top notch and everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Beach is private with very comfortable chairs with service for food and drinks. The food was a little pricey but very good and you have to pay for such exceptional help somehow. If you are looking for nightlife and plenty to do within walking distance, that will not be found. You will need to Uber or taxi to get to shopping and stand alone restaurants. Our trip was to get a away for a few days and be pampered so the "quiet area" was great for what we wanted.
