Electronic keys
Problem with electronic door keys twice. Upon arriving at room door keys did not work. Had to get maintenance open door. Also door to elevator from garage did not work with electronic key. Had to walk outside from garage to front desk and get new keys at 1 am. The room was as advertised and excellent accommodation

After receiving room key from front desk the property was locked from inside and could not be accessed; music was playing from inside. Front desk said they could not assist. Owner/manager made excuses via text, and did not invite us via text to return until 8:30pm, hours after listed check-in time, by which time we had arranged to stay elsewhere. Extremely negative experience.

The Ritz at a better price
The room was just as good as booking with the Ritz directly! No daily housekeeping service but we don’t mind. The included parking space saved $$$ vs the valet. The room was clean and our stay was entirely frictionless. Will stay again
