It was a quick two night stay, the property was easily accessible, quick and seamless check in, parking was easy and the room was very clean! The beach was just a short walk and they had chairs, umbrellas and towels available! The young men at the beach set everything up they were courteous and very helpful! Other than the windows in the unit being very dirty everything else was great!

The Beach Haus is the perfect place to stay in Bal Harbour if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in the area. The rooms are large and modern with a kitchenette that tops most kitchens in homes. The Beach is right across the street and you get free chaises, umbrellas and towels. The restaurants and shopping are within walking distance (although you might prefer to have your own car because it isn't right next to the property). And Last but not least, the service was excellent. All in all I would recommend the Beach Haus to anyone that is looking to stay in the Bal Harbour area.

I liked my Deluxe studio apartment a lot. It was clean modern and confutable bed. The person on the front desk was nice and friendly. I didn't like the fact that they neglect the pool. it was not clean, big leaves on the bottom if the pool. I didn't go in. None else used it. It's a shame since everyone who go to vacation would love to use the pool.

The room was extremely spacious and much larger than I needed but I booked it because of the balcony and supposed partial water view. I ended up with a ground level terrace looking over the pool. Overall very very clean except the bathroom was dimly lit, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall and the wall beside the shower covered in mold. The biggest issue for me was my security. My door didn’t have dead bolt and the door into the property seemed easily accessible 24 hours a day with no staff/security on the property after 5. I’ll definitely stay there again if travelling with my family but not if I’m by myself

Sayde Barton wanted to cancel her reservation the day before arrival, too late to avoid a penalty. She decided to come and refused to follow house rules and pay for services. She was abusive to our employees.

Location and proximity was great, the unit was lacking many items - the kitchen has old pots and pans that needs to be replaced, the bed is CHEAP from Walmart, the mirror on the side of the bathroom doesnt stay in place, the floors need updating, the unit has plenty of space but they didnt add in any cozy, or comfortable sofa for seating. The Bike APP is horrible and doesnt work. The management is there from 9-5 but when i went there 2 times there was no one there. I will NOT be staying here again.

Super expensive for the offering, I’d stay away
Good: - very spacious room - access to beach Bad: - room definitely not like in the pictures and is les well maintained and modern - not clean: red stain on curtain, poo not cleaned from toilet (see pics) - provided shower gel was almost empty - no bedside electricity access - super poor sound isolation, can hear tv / conversation from other rooms and hallway - tv has very few channels - low water pressure - overall very poor quality for the price

Recently came back from a short trip to Florida and was very satisfied with our choice to stay at Beach Haus Bal Harbour. Location was perfect, being that we rented a car, to be able to go to neighboring towns, different beaches and Miami when wanting a night out. It is also nice to walk into the town or to do some nice shopping at the Bal Harbour shops. All the staff were lovely and professional. Emily at reception was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Clean rooms and great price. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is an absolute 10/10! I fell in love with everything it has to offer and the comfort I felt during my 6 night stay. From the start, I was welcomed by Emily and she is truly a blessing to encounter. She helped me check in when I arrived rather early and ensured I was in my room as promptly as possible. She also helped me extend my stay after I realized 3 nights was not enough ☺️ Fritz and Maria were also so kind and welcoming. The entire staff as well always smiling and ensuring you are comfortable. The location is central to all luxurious things you can imagine. The rooms are new and I would seriously consider living here haha thank you to everyone I encountered here for making this vacation one I will never forget. I will be back. -Valerie

Property is close the Haulover Beach and Park, (15 minute by walking) and Surfside Beach 2-3 minutes away by walking. Property 20 minute (by car) distance from the South Beach, Calm, clean, quiet, big rooms, living room, balcony and comfortable. There aren't restaurants, bar, lobby inside, but so close BAL HARBOUR SHOPS that famoust and most luxurious in Miami Dade. I would definitely recommend this business and for owner advice - Visible security - and a small lobby area for a cup of tea

No amenities whatsoever. Everything we needed we literally had to bring or buy somewhere else - not personal things, but you couldn't even buy a soda. No machines, no food service, nothing but ice.

The owner/manager was not courteous and not available.. it seemed that we had to get an email with the code for the room the day of check in but we did not.. and there is no room cleaning service only fresh towels given if you ask. The rates are same as hotel on the beach but not hotel accommodations

We have such information available in our business description and will try to make it more clear. You arrived one day late and during business hours. An email was sent to the Expedia extranet with instructions in case you arrived after 6 p.m. as we did not have your email address.

Great place! Lots of space in our condo, everything we needed for a week long staycation(I was recovering from surgery while there). Short walk to the beach. Disappointed with our view (not worth the extra money for the "water view" as it is a minimal view of water). Very clean and safe.

Thiz was a very pleasent stay. Fritz fixed everything that was wrong and made things that were good even better. He went out of his way on several occasions to make sure i was happy, and made the best experience my wife and i have had on a trip thus far. We will never come to Mia and stay anywhere other than BEACH HAUS!!!!!
