Room was ok Paint brush and maintenance stuff was left in the room on arrival No fridge...we had to ask Staff was very unfriendly on checkout..no cordiality

Nice Hotel in Doral

Pros: Nice comfy rooms and breakfast is included
Location: Lots of restaurants, malls
I've stayed in this hotel for the third time now in 9 years. Every time I arrive the facilities are renovated, everything feels like new and the staff is super helpful.

was close to airport, no shuttle

Pros: Nothing! Then in the room found two big spiders in the hotel room, because of the treatment that was given to me I did not call the front desk.
Cons: The behavior of your staff. I feel so awful because of the treatment I recived.

I was very upset with hotel staff! Gave me problems when check in. Very rude and took a long time. My mom sent her credit card to pay for room and they said they couldn't take it. Mom lives in Minn I live in Florida. Sent permission to credit it but couldn't open the program. She called and the staff was really rude to her to the point they hung up on her. If they would of ran the card and seen card was the same as mine and not a common name. I found that they were not willing to help in any way. I felt so embarrassed over this and stressed out. I find that with this behavior I would not stay at the hotel again. Which amazes me because I had a hotel reservation the Saturday before and my mom's card was accepted and all went well. Then come back to your hotel on Wednesday and was given the hassle to the point I was crying and my Mom frustrated. So my experience was very not well. I work in the keys and needed to stay at your hotel. My feelings are I won't stay there again. And maybe you should conduct the actions of your staff because in my book was very unacceptable.

Location: location great for business travel
liked the location but the place was a bit run down Tv's small one in my room was not working even.. Could be much better place with some updating

Bad Experience

The room had really bad odor. Probably it was closed for weeks without any customer. Some walls dirty and the bathroom had fungus on the ceiling. The breakfast facility was too small for the hotel size. Ordinary room furniture.
