A big messPosted Jan 10, 2016
It promised breakfast but that was a lie. The room was u safe and freezing. The hotel staff was rude. it was almost impossible to get clean towels or the room clean. Management did nothing but lie and nothing else.

Horrible HotelPosted Jan 5, 2016
Pros: Nothing except the location was close to the beach.
Location: Good location in South Beach and close to Restaurants
This hotel was terrible in everyway. Slow service at check in. We were overcharged compared to what Expedia quoted us and have been now told it was a hotel fee. This should have been mentioned at the time of booking. Both the hotel and Expedia will not refund this fee. This place was dirty and the noise from the street was very loud. The toilet did not flush properly and we had near cold showers. We paid $30 a day for valet parking and they left it on the street instead of in the parking garage like they had told us. I would highly recommend people look for a different hotel to stay in. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

South Beach Art DecoPosted Jan 4, 2016
The location of the hotel was fantastic, the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Not sure why I was charged a resort fee, since they offer no more resort amenities -I.e., no pool, etc.. The bed we nicknamed Tge Addams Family bed because it creaked and groaned with the slightest movement and was on wheels so it moved all over the room with any movement! The door to the room was difficult to open -old and swollen wood.

Stay awayPosted Jan 3, 2016
Cons: too many
Location: bike rental, duck tour
The bed made "squeaking sound" every time I turned and moved. This loud and annoying noise disturbs others' sleep. It is so difficult to open the room door and the toilet room door, they might painted the door lately but not doing a good job as the extra paint layer make the door difficult to open. Compulsory $20/night hotel resort fee for internet access but connection was very poor and slow. The elevator is old and doesn't seems to work properly, we took the stair. Staff in charged when we checked in was not friendly at all, he couldn't tell us where to get public parking and valet parking cost $30+tax.

Right across South Beach!!!Posted Jan 2, 2016
The room was super cold, so we had to ask for more blankets which kept us cozy at night (they have central ac and its controlled by the staff). The room was perfect for a few nights and if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep in. The fun is right outside in South Beach and the avenues around it. For budget friendly restaurants visit Washington Avenue between 4-17 streets. Especially, because the hotel's cafe spot is overpriced for simple items (like egg and cheese sandwiches and other fast food).

UnprofesionalPosted Dec 29, 2015
We have arrived at the hotel after long motorcycle ride hoping for time to finally relax after the trip. Unfortunately our room was given away to someone else and with the explanation in broken English about "problem with toilet pipe" we were send out to different hotel 30 minutes away... No call ahead or email about our reservation being canceled

Safe cose hotel to the beach.Posted Dec 18, 2015
Rooms are very clean, employess are extra nice super cool always trying to see how to help. One night I had some drunk guys knock on my door by mistake, and within seconds the manager on duty and security guard came thru (I guess they saw the cameras) and asked if everything was okay and made sure we wasn't bothered anymore. It was literally across the street from the beach. Really great hotel :) I loved it.

Great location, lousy conditions...not worth the $Posted Dec 18, 2015
Location: Beach and bars, clubs, food
Internet was terrible and kept going down n freezing up. Room was freezing. You have no control of the temp. Windows are sealed shut. Elevator was broke. You are right across the street from the beach and all the bars/clubs are close.
