Good location - mediocre facilities and service

Cons: Customer service!!!!
Location: The best part of south beach is right near the hotel!
BEWARE THE "RESORT FEE" It's a mandatory fee by the hotel that you pay upon your arrival to "use the resort". Which essentially translates to using a beach chair from another hotel for a day, an umbrella costs you extra. For the record, the people servicing the "resort" mentioned it cost a random beach goer $13 a day to rent what I was getting and yet the Bentley was charging 25 + tax for each day of my stay. The room was perfectly fine but the customer service was sub par. There was a gentleman who worked at the front, I forget his name now, but he had two earrings. He would act like every question you asked was crazy/absurd/ridiculous, down to "Hi do you have any breakfast suggestions?". Overall if you just want to be near the beach the location is great, everything else was mediocre.

Great location. Fantastic Staff!

Pros: The staff was super friendly. Happy hour and the free shuttle car was a nice bonus.
This hotel was simply fantastic. Right on Ocean Drive across from the beach, exactly where you want to be in South Beach. The hotel has happy hour and you get a free drink per person per day. Nice rooftop pool and patio. TGIF restaurant is right below if you wanna grab a quick bite to eat. Very clean hotel, and clean rooms. Staff is super nice. There's also a free little shuttle car that will take you anywhere in the city to and from the hotel. Great value!

Recent Miami Vacation

Pros: The staff was very friendly - great job!
We travel to Miami at least once a year for vacation. We've normally stayed at The Loews, but this time we opted for another location. The Bentley could definitely be a great place full of charm & character, but it's just neglected & needs some $$$ & TLC. Upon our arrival to the hotel - the front entry area was very, very dirty & trashy like there was a party out front the night before. NOT a good first impression & I felt embarrassed we were staying there. We mentioned it to Carlos at the front desk when we were checking in & he said that the restaurant closed down several days ago & no one had cleaned it up yet. YET?! We checked in 3 days after the restaurant closed & it still looks like that? Scary. What was the rest of the facility going to look like? It was an OK stay, but just overall cleanliness could have been better. Attention to details definitely were lacking. Scuff marks on walls all over hotel & in room. Patio furniture was messy looking & not presentable. Sheets has small holes in them & looked stained. Phone did not work & TV remotes would not always work especially in the bedroom. The staff was very friendly which made up for some of the negatives; however, overall we were disappointed & will most likely not return.

Nice hotel; spacious and close to the beach

I love the fact that I felt at home with the amount of space I had within my room with access to a kitchen and balcony. I DID NOT like the fact that I had to go through a maze just to get in and out of the building. Having you take separate elevators was time consuming, agrivating, and more than likely not safe by not having access to a stairway.

Will never stay here again

4pm check in we arrived at 11am was told the room wasn't ready but we could check in early if the room became available didn't check in til 4:35 the pool is the worst only 3-4 feet and small the pics a deceiving the pool was the most important we went to the savoy and paid $35 pp to use their pool we were suppose to have a breakfast buffet every morning for our 3 night stay restaurant closed without notice the day we arrived per the front desk for that we got a $5 credit for 2 days they didn't have towels available we had to wait cleaning staff was rude manger tried fixing by refunding 2 days of the resort fee not exceptable stayed on south beach several times will never stay here again the worst

A few mishaps to begin but overall good stay

Hotel is directly across from beach and next to all of the fun festivities on ocean drive which was great. Free happy hour was included which was great as well from 5-7 each day. Free breakfast as well but we skipped over, nice gesture but poor quality. A lot of issues with our First room, it was outdated and not so clean (stains on furniture, built up dust and rusty shower). The staff relocated us to an updated room. New room was nice, comfy, modern and clean. Free beach towels and beach chairs as well which was great. After we got through the mishaps, it was a nice stay.

Great Hotel

The hotel was great right across from the beach with a beautiful view from the roof top area. pros - fee per night charge included many things, such as beach chairs, towels, transportation around South beach, breakfast (which was not bad at all), front desk staff was friendly, Carlos thank you for telling us about the Italian Restaurant (at Espanola way) was the best Restaurant I've ever been too. Daniel was very nice too. although we went during spring break, I was able to sleep like a baby... didn't hear much noise. Cons - I wasn't aware of all the things you get for the fee per night charge until my second to last day, wasn't aware of the beach chairs, they charge $25 per towel if you lose one (crazy, when they are not even worth that), the taxi service was never available, they always said that we had to wait for an hour and when we were able to wait they still didn't pick us up and the drinks during happy hour weren't to happy... pool was really warm and lounge chairs at the roof top area could be cleaned better. Despite the Cons I would still recommend this hotel..

The best thing about this hotel its locaction otherwise I would say no. Cleanness not bad, the restaurant that they deal with is not good at all. The front desk it was a shock, the hotel room is larger than the lobby. Only one person in the front desk. Very crowded when it's time to check in or check out because of the little area. But the location was perfect I didn't even need to use a taxi or uber.
