Nice hotel in a busy area

Great hotel clean room and helpful staff. Area around hotel busy but the room was quiet.

Ok place to stay customer service not so great.

Everything was good the night we arrived, The next day was disappointing, We could have gotten a better breakfast at a fast food place, hot food was not refilled enough and they were not very busy, coffee was lukewarm. We needed a shuttle to the port that we were under the impression would be complementary, once we were loaded into the shuttle bus was when we were informed it was $20 per person (taxi would have been cheaper). The driver was too busy talking and texting on his phone to drive safely, very scary ride.

The room was clean. Restaurant not what was advertised in menu. They kept it dark. You wouldn't now it was open. They don't have yellow pages. Couldn't look up area restaurants. And no jacuzzi. Was looking forward to a soak. But if you just want the minimum. This is the place

Not in the airport.

Pros: Close to the airport, but not in the airport.
Cons: Staff should offer what privileges and options a customer has.
Location: not much.
Staff did not offer me any options or privileges I have received from Expedia. Free breakfast tickets were given only I found that were included for me by Expedia and ask them to give. No upgrade was offered. Free parking was offered just because the elevators were broken and we had to use stairs to go to the 3rd floor.

near the miami international airport!

Me and my brother took a trip amd stayed at tge Best western Premier. I must say that it was almost a perfect stay until our AC wasn't working properly. They moved us to a much better room, so other than that it was just perfect! Good breakfast, clean hotel, nice staff, close to malls, Marlins Ballpark and yes i will stay there again soon!

It served its purpose

We needed just one night before we went on a cruise. It was fine, but when we got there the AC wasn't working so someone had to fix it. It was noisy. If we were staying more than a day, I wouldn't have been happy there

Nice hotel close to Miami Airport

Stayed there only for one night after a long trip of about 21 hours. Shuttle from airport to hotel runs once each 30 minutes. Hotel staff was friendly and told me the needed information in simple and quick manner, nothing confusing. Room was clean, A/C very cold, tv with lots of channels, WiFi in room was fast
