Great location and offering

Pros: Modern clean room, free parking (Not anymore unfortunately)
I usually stay here when doing business in Miami, the location is very close to Miami International Airport and surrounding businesses. I was always welcomed by a friendly staff, parking, a clean and modern room with fresh towels. Overall I've always been pleased.

Nice hotel, not in the best neighborhood

Pros: Very quiet hotel. Spacious rooms.
Cons: The breakfast buffet should be included. The food was mediocre and it wasn't very hot. They add gratuity to your bill and you don't have a server.
Location: The neighborhood is not the greatest. I would not walk around here after dark.
The hotel was nice and pretty clean although there was hair sticking to the shower wall. It was quiet and there was a good amount of parking. The front desk gave us a coupon for dinner, which was thoughtful, although we chose to eat elsewhere.

Comfortable for stay in Coral Gables for shopping

This hotel was perfect for our stay in coral gables with friends since pricing was very affordable. We stayed here for easy access to Miracle Mile and Ponce de Leon Bridal and Menswear Boutiques. It is easy to use the Coral Gables Trolley from this hotel since it's a 5 minute walk to the first trolley stop. Good proximity to Dadeland Mall, Dolphin Mall and South Beach also.

Nice Hotel for brief stay

Room was nice, but hotel location was not great. However, it is perfect if you are traveling as it is close to the airport.

Close to Port, not very friendly

Pros: A transport to the port for our ship.
Cons: Friendlier and more helpful staff.
When we arrived at Miami International Airport, we called the hotel for a transport and curtly told us where to wait and hung up. We had to call back to make sure someone was coming and we told them exactly where we were standing. We watched the transport drive right by us and had to call again to make sure they came back. Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff were not very helpful. We were quite disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We will look elsewhere if we ever stay in Miami again.

Great hotel

I loved my stay. The staff was great and the suite was roomy. The only did I can criticize is that you have to pay for your breakfast which was $ 9.99 an extra expensive per person. I would recommend it to friends.

Great hotel for pre or post Cruise

Great Hotel By Miami International Airport

Pros: Found it to be very clean and room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Ordered a half dozen items from their restaurant menu as we got there late. Food was okay, but could be better perhaps.
Location: Didn't get a chance to go around as we got in late and we were only there one night to catch cruise the next day.
Very clean and nice hotel by the airport. Free shuttle service was great as we got in late evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for only one night as it was a stop over for a cruise the next day. But definitely would recommend and would stay there again when in Miami.

Very nice property

Close to airport Under $20 Uber to South Beach. Friendly helpful staff. Onsite full restaurant and bar. Near Cafe Versailles for the best Cuban food.
