Pros: The kitchenette was very well equipped.
Cons: The bed.
Location: Excellent location near the airport and important shopping malls.
Excellent location, the only problem was the bed, it was not comfortable and had a sound every time we turned during our sleep.

We like the roominess of the suite and the kitchen, but the carpet was warn, unraveling in some parts. The was no shuttle service too. And they did not have a business room to print boarding passes. But we walked and we überred.

Disappointed; smelled like smoke, room was dirty..

Stayed three days for business, and was pretty disappointed. It's an extended stay hotel, so maid service is weekly (which I knew beforehand), but I don't think they keep up with the rooms. My bathroom reeked of smoke, after complaining, the maid came and sprayed something which made it a little better, but I could still smell it on my clothes when I left. Additionally, the room didn't seem very clean; you could see large amounts of dirt/dust along all the carpet at the floor boards, the lamp shade was broken, bathroom door handle was not attached, etc. It wasn't the worst place I stayed, but definitely not worth the price I paid, given the other options int he area.

I arrived at 1130pm, after a long, cross country day of flying. I wasn't allowed in until the night clerk was done with the customer she was talking to, not even to sit. Then I asked if she could add my member number, her answer was no. Then I asked if there was complimentary breakfast, her answer was no, there was a "convenience store" in the larder and you had to pay for each item. It was further away from the airport than I expected and that was convenient and that set the tone for my stay.
