Overall a good stay - the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen kitchen convenient. Unfortunately, the floor and carpet were extremely dirty which made it a hassle for the kids to play around.

Having a room with kitchen with only one cleaning and clean sheets in 10 days is for trailer-park people and pigs! Any hotel chain who has this company rule shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. It’s a pity but everything else was perfect.

Friendly staff, clean and up to date decor. Shower curtain rod mounted way too high above tub. Shower curtain did not hang properly or down into tub. Bathroom floor was flooded every time you took a shower. Had to use lots of towels to catch the water. Management was notified at front desk. Hopefully the problem was fixed. Room 410

Nice spacious room, clean. The only thing is no tissue paper the box was empty. I have to mention that the lighting is really bad, yellow light is depressing for me, you shoud have led light ir dimer so people can adjust. The light fixture in the bathroom was missing, it look like it broke and was never replace, so the bathroom was really dark. The staff at the front desk is a plus, fantastic customers services!

Booked through Expedia and will never do so again.I call asking information about the room and was given incorrect info.We arrived at 3 checkin time and our room wasn’t ready until after 4.Requested handicap accessible room and wasn’t given one.Finally we were moved to one.This whole checkin process took over 2 hours.The girl at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful.She was the only good thing about our stay.

Bad service on towels, waited 2 days to get a towel and the hot water was terrible, not enough for two people. By the time one funished showering, there was barely any hit water left. First and last time at Candlewood.

My stay was a little less than average. I was fooled by an average score of about 9 at the hotels.com. The hotel had kitchen and that was useful. The good thing about hotel was that the staffs were friendly and helpful but apparently their maintenance staff don’t seem to work. Despite requesting maintenance of malfunctioning toilet flush and disconnected phone by the receptionist, it was not fixed. When I asked her next day, she felt despondent. Other strange thing was that the room service is weekly but the supplies provided in the room are not sufficient to last for two days, which requires trips to the front desk quite often. Everything is old and many things are broken but never replaced. This hotel requires a better management. Hope this helps someone else.

My wife and I and our canine stayed at the Candlewood Suites for 3 nights. Everything went very well from start to finish. The individuals at the reception desk were very friendly and helped in any way they could. Would definitely stay here again.
