Very old. Very dirty! Our first room had blood on the towel and dirty bed spread. I asked staff to change me rooms or refund. We got another room, a bit better but had to ask housekeeping to vacuum. We also clorox wiped the entire unit. No bed bugs, so that’s a plus.

There was nothing to like. The rooms were disgusting and paint peeling all over. The bathroom door was falling apart and the bathtub didn't have a appropriate shower curtain and all the water spilled out. One of the gentlemen that was traveling with us slip and fell in the bathroom. The hallways were dirty and paint chips all over the carpet.. I never thought that hotel was so trashy, I don't understand why its still open.

The 1st room room stank like mold, cigarettes and a wet mop. So I went to front desk and they gave me another room. That room was dirty, tv didn’t work, light between beds didn’t work and the floor was not vacuumed and dirt on the mini fridge. When to front desk again and they gave me another room and that one was meh. I would never stay here again. So upset that I checked in so late and feel stuck that I can’t find something else. #disappointed

Best part about this property is that it is the perfect setting for a murder movie...not like high quality- but straight B movie AND you have no work to do to prep... the front desk fella was super nice and polite. The room. Was beyond foul. I have traveled world wide and must say that this was the dirtiest room I have ever been in...There was a chicken bone under the bed. Mystery stains galore and damn someone really needed in the sliding glass door. I am 6'-4" and 220 pounds. I booked new room and didn't even check out, ask for refund...

The food in the attached restaurant was amazing. I had the salmon and my son had the chicken. It was served hot and cooked to the doneness we requested. We are still talking about how good it was. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking was readily available and free. The hotel room was fair. Window a/c was very dirty but eventually cooled the room. No washcloths. TV did not work properly, and the remote did not work even after requesting new batteries. Carpet was stained. No recent updates. The pool was available. It was a little dirty with leaves, but it worked. Loungers were plentiful and comfy. The pool had a closed sign on it from the city due to safety concerns, but it seemed like they had been addressed ( pole attached to life preserver and lock on gate). No whirlpool. I would not stay in the hotel again.

Me and my family checked in 3/22 in room 304, the room was very poor and dirty with the TV, microwave not working. Then, In the morning 3/23, after we put food in the fridge, we found out the fridge was not working and all the food we put there was spoiled which was worth $189. When someone came in the morning to fix the microwave and made it work, we lost all electricity in the room for over 3 hours and the people that came to fix the electricity could not fix it. I had 2 work meetings I had to cancel because of no electricity. I hope you understand and make this horrible better, I really do not want to leave a nasty review. Even when I was moved to another room, the quality was not that much better! The front of the room entrance the carpet was completely wet and soggy entrenched with some form of liquid I’m hoping was just water. There was still no hot water in the bathrooms so we were never able to take a shower, the bathroom floors had hair on it, and the room card never worked I needed to go downstairs to activate again. Also, food I purchased the day before for over $100 was already spoiled due to the fridge not working. This is not just me, everyone staying there also complained. See attached video of a woman and her kids that were in front of me while I was checking out. I got completely ignored when I asked for a full refund and a sincere apology for the disrespect this hotel provides customers who trust their establishment.

The smell in the building, hallways and the rooms were terrible. Carpets were not cleaned and had paints all on them. I had to wear mask to sleep so I could breathe. The customer service person changed room for me but it wasn’t different. The company needs to look into what gives the property such bad odor.

We checked in to the hotel and as soon as we walked into the room we turned around and checked out! I understand that furniture & decor does not need to be updated, I just wanted a clean bed and room to slept in, but the room is filthy, carpet was disgusting, dead bugs on the floor. This place was awful! Everything was very dirty. Including the blankets and towels in room. Pillows were less than to be desired. Floor was dirty. The chairs on balcony were ripped and broken. Absolutely disgusting and not worth what they are charging!

This property is so run down and dirty, it smells once you get off the elevator, the room is broken down and dirty you can’t have your family sleep in there . It’s a shame it’s on Expedia I would never recommend this place for anyone traveling.

No parking for check in guest. The employee was rude when approaching about the parking.Room didn’t have no mini fridge no ice bucket for the ice no microwave. The second bed only had one pillow. The phone doesn’t work. The water temperature is label incorrect. If want hot water you have to turn it to the cold side. Our room never got cleaned or provided new linen or towels. The trash didn’t get picked up. Paint and plaster on the wall is terrible. The ceiling is falling the carpet needs to be pulled. The AC is a window unit on the bottom of the wall. Not safe for minors. No mattress cover protectors. Stains on the box frame. Outdated furniture. The carport ceiling has a busted pipe and the ceiling is collapsing. The elevator certificate is not displayed.The door is never locked for entry access.The area is nice but the hotel is terrible. Definitely not worth $100/ a night.

Surrounding’s Topnotch Fountain Park Gables Scene for Historic Landmark Reviewers. Lovely Lobby & Restaurant. The Vintage, Hotel’s coming together nicely through remodeling efforts of the Hotelier family that make-up for aesthetic variations w/ host prowess. The Mylos Restaurant’s Divine Menu continues to take returning customers to The Heavens w/ the SMYLOS, the smile you get from Mylos dining.

Let me go into my explanation with a clear mind ......as a older hotel i dont understand why the historic society hasn't commissioned this property. Property was formally known as hotel antilla. With such rich history it is sad to see it fall by the waste side. I went into my reservation fully aware of what to expect.....i had read other reviews. To see it is to believe!!!! The hotel location was convenient to my party's meeting point in little havana. Plus it was nestled away in a nice part of the neighborhood. Dirty beyond belief.......owners don't put effort into property and it shows. Torn windows curtains.....trash from prior guests.....water stained faucets......grill cover fall off of AC unit......asking for multiple towels and washcloths to accommodate my party of 4.....only to ask more than once and to never recieve.....last but not least to have the property's rooster start crowing at 4am..... It was a memory made and a memory we triumphed through. Upside..is all things OUTSIDE the property....quiet on the outskirts of little havana. We attended calle ocho and were heading out to Orlando early next morning. Not far from Versailles the cuban restaurant.

Unfortunately, when we checked in, the bed sheets had not been changed and we requested to have the beds done. They responded immediately and installed brand new sheets and comforter. We stayed one night. This is not a hotel to stay for more than a couple of days.

The room was not clean. The chairs were stained and dirty. The light in the room flickered constantly and the water dripped out of the sink. We requested more pillows and were told that we could only get two not three. There was no working ice machine. We were told to get ice from the restaurant and when we asked for ice they said they didn't have enough. The coffee pot inside had mold in it. Would not stay again.
