Nice lobby, too bad rooms don't match it

Pros: Location, staff.
Cons: More accurate information, cleaner rooms. The hotel is in dire need of renovations, our room had broken tiles and dirty rugs.
Location: Beach, bars and malls. Location is great.
The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps away from the beach and all the bars. The reception lobby is very nicely decorated, with very helpful staff. However, most rooms (and certainly ours) are located at the next building, which looks run-down and is very noisy. When you book the hotel, the pictures only show the main building, so when you arrive and see where you're actually staying you feel rather deceived.

We fumigate in house daily and have a professional company come out on a weekly basis. We also ask our guests to do their part to prevent critters. Staff was professional and friendly , Raul was excellent Mostly Young diverse nightlife crowd Room was spacious and nice Elevator was working on and off Close to the beach, restaurants , bars..

Nice hotel and staff that's close walking distance

Truly enjoyed my bday weekend at the chesterfield. Beautiful hotel that's walking distance to the beach and famous ocean drive. Staff was very nice and accommodating especially Angel !!! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was completely amazing with a free room upgrade. I definitely recommend the chesterfield hotel!!!

Location: Mangos is a good dancing and eating spot. The beach right down the block. 15 mins to the American Airlanes Arena
Love that it is close to everything... Great places to go eating at like Wet Willies, Fat Tuesday, Mangos.

Great Stay

Pros: People were very nice and helpful. Rooms clean. Loved the shower and pillows
Cons: They do not serve breakfast or any food. Would've been nice to order breakfast in bed but there's plenty of restaurants around so wasn't too bad
Location: Location is great everything from stores to restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Really didn't need a rental car

Pros: Excellent location. Offered a small bar and restaurant on premises.
Cons: Very small room. Had to live out of suitcase. Had two problems Neither of which were addressed.
Location: Location was excellent .Many restaurants and clubs nearby.

Weekend in Miami for concert

Pros: Checked in at 230 and our room was ready. There was a mold-like smell in our family suite and the hotel management did everything in their hands to help us move to another room that smelled much better. More blankets would be nice:)
Cons: We Did have a problem with valet parking damaging my moms SUV, we found the passenger seat completely shifted from where we had left it, the rim on the passenger side was all scratched up and also found marijuana on the seat. Called in to report the problem and I was given a wrong number for the valet manager 3 times! Still waiting for them to reach us.... Be very careful with your car and make sure to check it before driving away because the hotel claims they are not responsible for what valet does, which is illogical to us.
Location: Everything is nearby which is why I have stayed here three separate times
