North worth the penny you paid.

Cons: Customer service and cleanliness.
The towels smells bad. Sheets were itchy. The swimming pool is not located on same building. Internet is expensive. Staff were not friendly. Staff were not attentive, I made a request from housekeeping and concierge had to call three times for just one request and never got what I have requested. Will definitely not recommend to a friend.

Pros: Location
Cons: better pillows
We had a great stay. The hotel proximity to Metro rail and to downtown was a big plus. The room was great but the only one thing my wife and I didn't like was the pillows they are very uncomfortable otherwisw everything was fine.

Johnathan greeted us with energy right away and pointed us to the wine and cheese layout. Everything at the hotel was 1st class.

Great property, very convenient. Miami is always a good trip & the Conrad made it better. I recommend this property to all of my family and friends. I will definitely stay at this location on my next trip to Miami.

The room we booked was not available. The hotel gave us free breakfast because of this.I would have rather had the rom I booked! We booked a deluxe king, and stayed in a room with two double beds.

Excellent Hotel.

We recently stayed at Conrad for 2 nights from March 5-7) after our 2 weeks of Caribbean Cruise. We had a very relaxing experience - the location was perfect and service excellent! Could not be better.

Nice venue with sloppy services

Was assigned a room which had a "do not disturb" sign on the outside of the door. A helpful maid got that sorted out. Reported the lamp next to the bed did not have a bulb and the outlet didn't work. It was never fixed during my 2 night stay. Food and drink is overpriced. Interesting floor layout with lobby on 25th floor and guest rooms below.

Great location in upcoming Brickell. Excellent transport links on rail, monorail and bus. Classy hotel but plenty of classy and non-classy local restaurants nearby so you can chill or glam-up. Two elevators is annoying, as is the pool being in a different building.

Needs a bit or work

There was one amazing employee who's name is Emmanuel Thibert who's sparkling personality is something you really need at the Conrad....attention to guests needs and going the extra distance by taking a photo of the family when asked and making them laugh is important. After being treated like a herd of cattle upon arrival at the valet and then having to chase down a bag that the valet failed to take out of the car, with all the stress that added to our day......Emmanuel was a refreshing and welcoming comic force to be fortuitously working at the breakfast that morning! We absolutely adored him and you should give him a promotion! He should also be featured in your ads as his physical appearance is sure to draw sophisticated and interesting people to stay at your hotel. He has a look of playful sophistication and is handsome to boot! I suggest you make him the face of Conrad Hotels! Incidentally, I noticed that Emmanuel's name tag is mis-spelled ("Emmauel")!!! I think a gentleman of this caliber deserves a name tag with the correct spelling of his name.

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Didn't have cream for coffee the 1st night of our stay
Location: Everything in Brickell is near by
Great service and location, very clean rooms. Always stay here when in Miami, recommend highly
