Top Notch Customer Service

Pros: So accommodating!
Location: Port of Miami is within a 10 minute drive. Lots of cafes close by.
We took a red eye flight to Miami and got in at 6am. We knew checking into our room would be next to impossible but decided to take the chance. The front desk was very nice and was able to accommodate an early check-in to a King size room so we could sleep. When the other half of our group showed up later that evening, they moved us back into a 2-bedroom room. I know we got lucky that a room was available, but they didn't have to accommodate us, so the fact that they did won me over! On top of that, I forgot to pack a toothbrush and they brought one right up. The hotel is extremely accommodating, friendly and goes above and beyond. They are close to the port of Miami and offered a free shuttle to the port. However, when we got to the port, the driver demanded $5.00 each. There are several little cafes within walking distance from the hotel. We eat at a great breakfast place called Café Bastille, would highly recommend it.

Pros: The ppl works in front desk, Starbucks (very good) and just to be near the restaurants is a lot plus!
Cons: Clean the rooms better!!!
Location: Location is very nice and very safe to walk around.
the room was dust and the bathroom was really dirty with dust and floor needed better scrub around the toilet bowl (saw dried pee), but I didn't want to complaint because I was so busy all the time! The room that we stayed was separated by a door…the next door ppl were very noisy. The guy was talking that I could hear everything and the woman coughed all night long (I couldn't sleep). But it was very pleasant to stay because of the hotel staff were very friendly and professional.

Exceptional service and facilities

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms, great service by staff, close walking distance to shops and restaurants
Cons: Sound proofing glass windows to reduce traffic noise. Not overwhelmingly loud, but can still be heard
Location: Great shops and restaurants. Walking distance from Macys, Ross, Marshalls, Walgreens, CVS
Spent 4 nights at this hotel for a Miami shopping trip. Firstly, the location is great for shopping, walking distance from lots of stores, restaurants and Biscayne Bay park. My family and I have stayed at this property for well over 10 years and the recent renovation has taken it to a new level. Property is exquisitely outfitted with modern furnishings and amenities. Spacious and comfortable restaurant. Love the booths with individual TV screens in the restaurant. The rooms are very clean, spacious, much more spacious than other well known hotel brands. Comfortable double seater couch with ottoman in a regular room (King), mini fridge, microwave and safe, lots of counter space and rollout work station at desk. 2 persons in my group had an executive suite and this was like an apartment. The living area was very spacious and it didn't feel like a hotel room. Love the TV in both bedroom and living space. Service was exceptional. From we drove up to the lobby, the staff were attentive and we didn't even touch our luggage until we were in the rooms. Check in was completed in under 1 minute and staff were pleasant. Restaurant staff was also great, and I have to single out Sergio A. He went above and beyond to satisfy us and we were so impressed. Restaurant is pricey (breakfast for 3 was upwards of $45 but that's expected for a hotel restaurant). Highly recommend this hotel. First class all round.

Just Great

The hotel was very comfortable. Excellent staffs and location was just perfect. Walking distance to anywhere. The cost wasn't pricey at all. They have a parking garage and very easy to use.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with check in and getting us rides! The hotel is clean and close to the beach. I would recommend this hotel!

Poor amenities but fantastic staff

Great staff and excellent customer service! However the facilities are on the lower end. This is as basic as it gets which in some instances turned out to affect confort level...facilities and amenities were pretty low end

Good location for port

Bed was hard, pillows were flimsy, shower drained backed up. Front desk layout was not optimal for people to wait in line or walk by. We did get a shuttle to the port for $5 per person which was nice. Not optimal location to find food if you care in late. Price was steep for what you get.
