Property is a great location for the Metro Mover Knight Station. Annoying that every day for which we stayed we had to get our room card rekeyed because of "problems with the system". The "Starbucks" coffee bar was open on a very limited basis and there is no "Bistro". Not exceptionally clean and somewhat antiquated.

Elevators always had a long wait, asked for the room to be cleaned on several occasions and it never was and every time we came back to the room our key was never working which meant constantly having to get it reactivated. Our check in was 4 pm and we had to wait in the lobby for over 45 minutes because rooms were not ready. The location was ideal and accessible to everything but likely would not stay again.

They didn’t have the correct room that I reserved. They tried to give a room that was too small for 4 adults. It took awhile to get an actual room. When we did get the room there was a sock on the floor that was left by a previous guest so they do not really clean the rooms.

The hotel is old, the staff rude. The TV didn’t work and some of the lights in the room. I asked for the housekeeping service everyday and we didn’t get it.

The staff is rude! Food is great. Homeless around but its like that everywhere. Dont change rooms or get your room fixed because they will knock on your door at 230 in the morning with security and freak you out to verify who is in the room.

As we booked late this was one of the only hotels available for school vacation. Staff was fine. Heater/ac unit was so very loud. Restaurant was closed at 10 when we arrived even though the web site said they were open til 10. No beer in the coolers. Convenient to cruise port. Breakfast was delicious.
