Clean confortable hotel. Staff friendly and helpful especially Nicholas Tenardo. Disappointed there was no airport shuttle, and dining was limited with no close options

a bit of a drive from the airport - on the edge of the city - it's very quiet and solid and peaceful. no issues. very cozy. lots of places to eat. excellent front desk staff who are helpful and sharp

I arrived to check in at night after a long trip and I had to carry all the suitcases up the stairs to the 5th floor, because the elevators were not working, when we took a bath the hot water came and went. The staff serving at breakfast are super rude and the breakfast is terrible.

Clean, quiet and I felt safe. Staff was very attentive. Only issue was the construction around hotel, but I would still stay there again! Loved the crescent shaped chair in room!

Don't buy the "Breakfast" it's a fix menu of items from the Hotel Starbucks, mainly bakery items, yoghurt or coffee (regular brew type). In case you want to order an "Americano" it's just a one expresso shot and then hot water is added, rather than a regular coffee with an expresso shot.

When we got to our room the tv volume did not work. Maintenance was able to fix it. Second issue is when I was showering the water just shut off mid shower. I had soap everywhere and it was dripping out. Knocked on my friends door next to mine and her water didn’t work either. Took maintenance about ten mins then it worked again but it took ten mins for it to warm up. The AC unit in our room was so loud it kept us up at night.

The manager Jimmy might ruin your trip. My experience is I paid $148 for breakfast for 2 nights of 2 rooms, but I didn’t get anything as a breakfast. I talked with the manager Jimmy, he is very positive and promised to get me the refund the same day as I checking out. However, when I leave Miami that day later, I got his email saying he couldn’t help and ask me to contact the third party where I booked my trip (which is Expedia) myself. Well, so I did, however the Expedia staff said he couldn’t be reached. I called twice in 4 four days. So… just imagine if any problem happened to you during your stay, what kind of help you might get from him.

Staff called me “bro” at the cafe. They have 2 menus at the cafe. Al la carte and an a“courtesy” basic breakfast, which is NOT a courtesy. They will ask did you pay for the courtesy breakfast. Seem to be misusing the word. When I told them wasn’t sure if I got the courtesy breakfast, I was told I could exit the line and the return when I found out. We were in a hurry to make sure we made our flight. So I just bought the Al la carte breakfast burrito. It was piping hot this time and cold in the middle.
