Good hotel but noisy neighbors

Posted Dec 15, 2016
Pros: The swimming pool
Cons: Stop renting rooms to stupid people
Location: Close to the beach and South Beach restaurants and bars
We like the hotel, especially the pool. Unfortunately at our last stay we had noisy neighbors above us both nights. Who moves furniture at 1:00 AM? Who has to run around their room at 2:00 AM. Complained to the front desk but that did not help.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and for sharing your feedback!! The pool area is nice and always a great place to lounge around at, and relax. We are terribly sorry that you were inconvenienced by the noise from the neighbors above you. We did indeed go up and speak with them. We thought that they had stopped as we didn't receive another complaint from you regarding this matter. We hope that this wouldn't steer you away from staying with us again in the future!

They rob you of your money for everything . Once we go inside the room, we find the bathroom does not have a lock. There is no place to keep your toiletries in the bathroom as well. parking is $31 per night extra. bedrooms are so small. Worst place I have ever stayed in!

Hello and thank you for sharing your recent experience with us, and all of our future guests! We treat all of our guests here with the utmost respect and the security of our guests and their belongings is extremely important to us! It's a pain to read that the time you spent with us wasn't the 5 star time that we strive to provide! We provide parking to our guests for a fee. There are also other parking options around the hotel.

The room looked nothing like the photos. Never got maid service so the room was not cleaned during my stay. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything around you.

Kiana we are grateful for the time you took to share your honest feedback with us! We are extremely sorry that your stay wasn't unbelievable! Our housekeepers clean every room every day, unless our guests inform us otherwise. The building is an older Art Deco building and therefore the walls are a bit thinner then the newer hotels. We apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced!

Pros: Convenient location, well maintained.
Cons: Had to pay for parking. Would be nice if included with the room
Location: Location convenient to beach, shopping, and airport.
Nothing fancy, but, clean, comfortable, rooms. Polite, helpful staff.

Nice for overnight stay but expect early 1980s

Posted Dec 5, 2016
Pros: Location, not overcrowded, clean, territory
Cons: Fix floor, take more care over territory, update obsolete room appliance
Location: Miami Beach
Stay for 3 nights - family of 4 (2 adult+2 children). Nice clean room with long time in use furniture and appliances (except TV). Room floor loose (missed a base?) - so it's pretty much a sea simulator for future cruise when working across a room. Room selected by hotel staff for family with small girl faced noisy construction site right across the window. Visitors advised on extra hotel charges (17$+ per night) upon check-out instead of check in. Huge (if compared to same hotels class) own territory which look slightly abandoned. Great location (on the edge) for Miami Beach main attractions visitors on budget.

Good Evening Milana and thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us! The construction that is being preformed is in the building next door. This should be done soon, and everything can go back to normal again! We charge a resort fee that is clearly stated on Expedia's site. This fee covers all of the lovely amenities that our guests love to enjoy: 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella on the beach, WiFi, cocktail hour and much more. We are glad that you enjoyed the location, it's unbeatable! :)

Not great

Posted Nov 28, 2016
Pros: Close to the beach
Cons: Customer service,
Location: beach, shops, food .
dont put customer in the room near to the main road or near to the communal area when its specifically requested that he wants peace and quite.. when the request is made to change the room , holding the customer ransom and asking for extra money is pathetic.

Kashan your review means a lot to us, and we thank you for sharing it! We strive to provide outstanding service all around to each and every one of our guests! It truly pains us to read that is not what you experienced! When a guest has a request we do our best to try and accommodate their request. Nothing is guaranteed though. We truly wish that you would give us a second chance again in the future!
