The staff is very nice and accommodating. The hotel’s physical plant is in dire need of a facelift. Shipping boxes stored for 3 days next to the lobby elevators. Really!? Isn’t there a manager? No maid service the first day and after that very basic cleaning- e.g. floor definitely not vacuumed and cleaned with left over lint etc. Including coins from the last guest.

We were pleasantly surprised at the ease of checking in, our room was AMAZING! Very large, clean, modern simple decor. Several food restaurants onsite and many more within walking distance. Exceeded our expectations!

The property has very good amenities and a patio. Restaurant and bar and a very nice environment to enjoy there. There is a supermarket one block from its location also. Very convenient.

Wedding in the DoubleTree
The hotel is obviously built cheap and cheaply maintained as we saw in at least 2 rooms. Accommodations and or services for handicapped people were not available or seen anywhere. The rooms were not clean and missing curtains so we could not sleep. Repair in the floor boards and bathroom were pathetically unprofessional. On top of that the pricing was high. The rest was OK
