意外に便利な場所

近くにスーパーとCVSがあり、5分ほど歩くとバスや無料のモノレールがあり、食べ物に困る事のない場所でした。 ただ、ゆっくりしたいだけならビーチに近い所のほうがいいかも? ダウンタウン地区なので色々行きたいとなるとこのホテルは良かった。

Great place, great staff, and great amenities. Close to top restaurants and a Whole Foods. Only about 15m from Miami Beach. I would highly recommend this hotel..……………

Comfort...close to Pier!

Pros: The comfortable bed and big screen TV....with the amazing views of the city!
Cons: Lobby area......If I were the manager ....I would have plenty of water set up in urns for guests since summertime in Miami is sweltering and humid!!!
Our room was very comfortable...with a fantastic view of the Miami Skyline! We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the cruise pier...although no shuttle service was available, they offered to call transportation for us. The food was great at Area 31 restaurant.....but be prepared to pay for that view!

Nice Hotel, Great Location.

Pros: The staff was personable and professional . The door men were a delight opening the door for us as we entered and exited. Good tourist information .
Cons: The mattress in the day bed wasn't firm enough.
Location: Great location, shopping eating and tourist attractions .
Loved the hotel and staff, however , I wanted to use the sauna after the pool but was told it would be an additional 20 dollars. Gene the concierge was very patient and knowledgeable about Miami FL and the wonderful things to do there!

Patricia: Gene certainly knows the area and can recommend everything great for you to experience. It's always helpful to have someone like on which to rely. We always want our guests to be more than satisfied. Exhale Spa does offer day passes to their spa but their gym is complimentary. We look forward to welcoming you back again sometime soon.

great location, facilities and great service

We spend a weekend at Epic. Everyone loves this hotel. Free wine at the lobby, they even serve ice cream by the pool side (on the ice cream day)...We enjoyed our stay. The only short side is the parking fee is $39 overnight.. otherwise. this is great.

Downtown Miami

Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in downtown Miami and close to everything. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bathroom is modern. The shower is weak and disappointing. The Zuma and area 31 restaurants are fantastic. Construction across the street can be loud and disruptive during the daytime.

great hotel

Great hotel! Nice and clean, however housekeeping did not come for the last 2 days of our stay-a bit disappointed. Also disappointed that they ran out of towels at some point during our stay. Other than that, loved the hotel!
