Super chic hotel

The hotel is so pretty. It's a 20 minute ride to Miami beach which is not bad you take an uber and it's super cheap to get there. The pools are so nice but one is usually closed I guess only certain guest get that side. It is usually folder because of the buildings and you don't get much sun

good - got upgrade to sea view room - but was handicapped bathroom with not there normal glass walled bathroom

Acho que os quartos já necessitam de reforma, fiquei há 5 anos atrás eram novos, hoje já está velhos e feios!!! No mais 46u$ valet e 25u$ café da manhã , ei fi gratis, academia boa, tem o zuma no térreo e o área 31 no 16° !!! Bom hotel

Walk to AA arena

If your going to an event at American Airlines arena this is a great place to stay. Valet parking is expensive but worth it. Walking to and from the arena for events is priceless. So is waking up to room service on your 20th floor balcony. Stayed here 6 times now and will keep returning whenever I visit Miami. Excellent view of both city and port. Always something interesting/beautiful to see. Fantastic bathrooms too.

great food

Pros: The facilities, restaurants were great. Restaurant service was great. Valet guys were very nice. Great workout classes at exhale.
Cons: I would have liked to get the exact spit out from exhale.Instead of a one number bill. I was trying to figure out all my expanses.
Location: Location was good I guess if you like night life. Not recommended if you are a laid back kinda person who likes quiet, beach feeling.
facial & massage were both disappointing. Not up to par. there was barely any communication from the girl who did my facial. I thought I was getting a half an hour facial and I got a one hour. She barely di d anything, it felt like a ripoff . My daughter got a half an hour massage and said it was really bad. At the check out , when I asked for detailed expance from the spa, although he was very polite and helpful, I felt like I was asking too much or something was wrong with me...

Oh no, I am so disappointed in your spa experience. that certainly is not the type of service that Exhale usually provides. I will certainly bring this to their attention so that we don't have a similar issue again.
