It is utterly unacceptable that guests should fall victim to theft under your roof, and I am appalled by the lack of accountability and diligence exhibited by your staff.
Furthermore, I must address the abysmal standard of housekeeping service I encountered throughout my stay. Despite assurances of thorough cleanliness, it was abundantly clear that the room was neglected and inadequately maintained. Basic tasks, such as proper cleaning and tidying, were shamefully overlooked, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the level of hospitality provided.
The sheer negligence and incompetence displayed by your staff have left an indelible mark on my perception of your establishment. It is incomprehensible how such blatant disregard for guest satisfaction and security can be tolerated within your organization.
