I LIKED THE GOOD SMELL FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK INTO THE FACILITY. ALSO, THERE'S A LOT SPOTS IN THE LOBBY AND OUTSIDE TO REST, READ, OR TO SPEND TIME WITH FRIENDS. I DISLIKED THE FACT THERE'S A CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE THAT ALTER THE COMFORT FROM THE NOISES AND GETS DRIVING THRU DISTURBANCES WE WASNT AWARE OF. HOTEL STAFF LOOKS POOR TRAINED.

You must be kidding, this is an international airport with flights leaving at all hours….and the shuttle to the airport starts at 7:00 AM? What a joke. And the “restaurant” if you can call it that, is a few tables, a pathetic bar, and one waitress to cover the entire area. Never stay here again.

We stayed in a suite. It had everything you would need if you wanted to cook your own meals. The room and hotel were clean. The pool was nice and the staff friendly. One drawback is the need to pay for daily parking if you choose to have a rental car.

We we’re originally told the had a shuttle to Cruise Port But when we got there the told they didn’t offer one anymore. So we had to find a shuttle for 13 people which was quite a challenge. So we we’re very disappointed.

The hotel was clean and well kept up with. The shuttle bus for the airport/metrotrail was a great perk. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Our housekeeper, Veronica was amazing! Everyone made it a point to make sure you were well taken care of which is super appreciated. We had a great experience and will be back. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, even has a mini kitchen and mini living room in the room! Breakfast is included and has outdoor seating around palm trees & pool.

Loved the set up, I just got off a cruise and had 4 teens with me, I needed to get caught up on some emails and with the desk was able to have a space to do so without being in their way to watch a movie. The kitchen was also great, and the staff was exceptionally wonderful, we will stay again next time we are in Miami also was very reasonable price!

Hotel was not as clean as it stated it would be. There was no room service. We stayed for 5 days and our room was only cleaned once after complaining to the front desk. They did not stock on toilet paper or towels. The room was very crowded as well. This hotel is not near to any of the beaches or tourist attractions but we still booked it hoping that we will enjoy the amenities of this hotel such as shutter service but that also was a scam. We had to pay $20 a day for parking. We will not stay at this hotel the next time.

We booked a one-bedroom suite with king and sofa bed, for two adults plus one teen. Upon arriving after a late flight, the front desk insisted we accept a studio with 2 queens and an unusable sofa bed, because we would be "more comfortable". Obviously they gave our suite to someone else. We ended up with a very uncomfortable stay. Upon complaining they gave us a small food voucher but we did not get the room we paid for.

Pretry good overall but the plumbing under the sink was leaking if we wanted to have the ice machine working in the fridge so water got all over the floor. The AC was really loud and seemed not be working very well.

The biggest reason we stayed at this facility is because of the transport from the airport to the hotel and it was not available. Very upset!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Raisa, at the front desk, exceeded my expectations for going above and beyond to help us. I have spent over 20 years in customer service myself, and know that it is difficult to come by that type of individual that is truly going the extra mile to provide everything you need and more! I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was in assisting our stay!
