Pros: location
Cons: room cleanliness
find another place to stay .. rooms are dirty, overprice and very noise because you are one big avenue you can hear cars and truck passing since 5 am

nice hotels, nice view of the lagoon

Stayed for two nights. Comfortable bed .Staff was both helpful and pleasant. Shower curtains and shower head a little dated. Could definitely use an upgrade. Needed cups in room. Lamps a little rusty . Pretty quiet considering the noise here and there from the airplanes. Overall enjoyable stay.

Good for a one night stop

Pros: Not noisy during the night
Cons: The grab and go breakfast was basically coffee and breakfast bar
Location: Restaurants are far away
Get what you pay for not $300 like downtown . $27.00 to port of Miami and had to pay about $25.00 return taxi for dinner

good location

First diay I had noisy people next our room and nobody help to make them stop the noise. Hotel is kind of old but the location is excellent

The room is exactly what the price represents. There was blood on the floor and on the nightstand next to the bed. We could barely sleep because we were right next to the road. Use this place as a LAST RESORT! We didn't even feel comfortable showering there because it was extremely unclean.

Excellent hotel that is near airport and downtown

Pros: Location
Cons: My tv screen was slightly damaged and it would have been better if that was not an issue.
Location: Close to downtown Miami near City of Miami building and there are an abundance of eateries in the nearby area.
My experience was great awesome staff and the location is very convenient for traveling downtown or to the beach. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Cons: There could had been something else besides the registration desk
Location: There wasn;t anything near by
Taxi charged me 74.dollars from the ship dock to hotel he wasn't a very pleasant man. Hotel should have had a shuttle bus

Cons: Cleanliness and amenities
Location: There were several restaurants within a couple of miles of the hotel; however, we did not look for any type of entertainment.
This hotel is a disgrace to the Extended Stay America chain. Upon arrival, clerk was very accommodating and friendly. Once in the room, there was no trash can, no cups and the spread was stained with blood. I had to take it to the front desk and the clerk brought me another one. I had asked for cups earlier and it took her close to 2 hrs to bring to me (no exaggeration!). There were little brown worms or something crawling on the floor. The room was equipped with stove-top, refrigerator and microwave - but no cooking utensils - had to get any cookware from office. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
