Kleines Hotel mit einfacher Ausstattung

Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Nacht nach der Ankunft in Miami gewählt. Es ist ideal für eine Nacht, für weiter eher nicht geeignet. Es gab eine Küche und auch ein Kühlschrank aber leider keine Austattung wie z.B. Gläser, Töpfe etc. Leider wurde uns am Abend beim Check in nicht gesagt wann das Frühstück beginnt und endet, sodass wir um 9 Uhr leider zu spät waren und es kein Frühstück für uns gab....

Cons: Cleanliness and amenities
Location: There were several restaurants within a couple of miles of the hotel; however, we did not look for any type of entertainment.
This hotel is a disgrace to the Extended Stay America chain. Upon arrival, clerk was very accommodating and friendly. Once in the room, there was no trash can, no cups and the spread was stained with blood. I had to take it to the front desk and the clerk brought me another one. I had asked for cups earlier and it took her close to 2 hrs to bring to me (no exaggeration!). There were little brown worms or something crawling on the floor. The room was equipped with stove-top, refrigerator and microwave - but no cooking utensils - had to get any cookware from office. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Küche und Bad wirkten nicht wirklich sauber. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien muss man sich erst in der Lobby abholen. Sehr alte Möbel.

Ok price and close to airport

Not full kitchen. Had to "order" what you wanted for your room. Air conditioner panel was not working correctly.

Ótima relação custo/benefício

Pros: É um hotel simples, mas perfeitamente ok para quem busca uma boa relação custo/beneficio. O quarto estava limpo e a equipe foi atenciosa. O fato de ter estacionamento gratuito conta muito, pois em Miami o estacionamento dificilmente sai por menos de 25 dólares a diária. Outra ponto importante é a vizinhança muito agradável... uma rua bem cuidada, agradável e segura. Miami tem muitos pontos horríveis, fique atento. Li algumas avaliações negativas desse hotel antes de reserva-lo, mas resolvi arriscar e não me arrependi. É muita falta de bom senso desse pessoal avaliar mal esse hotel tendo como base hotéis que custam bem mais caro.
Cons: Tudo está ok, exceto pela cortina do box que poderia isolar melhor a água. Detalhe bobo, mas acabava que geralmente o piso ficava bem molhado.
Location: A rua é bem agradável e com alguns hotéis, inclusive de boas redes como Marriott. 12 min de south beach e downtown.

Bom para uma ou duas noites e proximo ao aeroporto

Pros: Limpeza quarto, proximidade do aeroporto, silencio.
Cons: Limpeza externa, utensilios da cozinha, internet.
Location: Aeroporto, postos de gasolina, farmacias, supermercados, tudo..
Infelizmente esta rede de hotéis está perdendo a mão ou baixando a qualidade sem critério. Já estive em muitos hotéis da rede, principalmente pelo fato de terem cozinha, mas confesso que pensarei duas vezes nas próximas. A internet é inutilizável, seria até melhor dizer que não tem ou melhorar e passar a cobrar, porque propaganda enganosa não dá. Os utensilios de cozinha precisam de uma troca urgente. A faca nem conseguia cortar um limão, tive que cortar com o garfo. Não tinha abridor de vinho nem na recepção, não tinha abridor de lata etc... Precisam limpar a parte externa dos corredores e escadas urgentemente. Nem tudo é ruim. Hotel é silencioso, próximo ao aeroporto, quarto limpo, com um pouco de cheiro de cigarro, mas nada que incomodasse muito. Café da manhã como já é dito "pegue e leve"ou seja, não pode se esperar muito. Resumo, fiquei em dois, este e um em Orlando e os dois no mesmo nível.

It need to inprove in the cleaning. The bathroom needs to be fix. Very loudly neighbors.
